We were supposed to spend one night at Pousada Pontal Gardens and go to Angra but we loved the place so much that we decided to stay one more night. We got a bigger room than we booked and a very warm welcome. Jean also recommended to us the best restaurants in Paraty and helped with planning a boat trip. When we needed some advice or help, he was always there.
The location was perfect, close to the center and marina but at the same time not noisy and full of tourists.
The rooms, gardens and all the interior is designed with an incredible taste and has a lot of charm. Everything was planned here with a huge attention to detail and very well thought through.
Definitely 10/10 in all aspects!

We loved our stay here! Marcus and Gean were extremely welcoming, helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel was very pretty, quaint and clean. Would definitely stay recommend to any couples or friends who are visiting Paraty! Location was great, just a short walk to town.

We loved our stay! The staff were extremely attentive & helpful with everything from serving a delicious home made breakfast in the mornings to helping us book activities & recommending great bars & restaurants. They made us feel very at home at all times & we’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The hospitality, the location, the facilities, the food, everything was amazing. They helped a lot guiding us in the city and around.

The location is perfect -- a short walk to the center of Parati and to nearby beaches. There is a beautiful, open air patio, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Wifi works very well. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating!! We would definitely recommend this!

Great & lovely owner who cared about everything - offered even a glass of water & coffee upon arrival.
Breakfast was awesome, in particular individual egg/tapioca requests from the pan.
Location arranged with such a lot of love for the detail !
