There was no breakfast, i don't think it comes with the accommodation
The location convenient and safe.

The cleaning staff were pleasant.
The facilities manager a gentlemen , was really good kind and pleasant to deal with.
Toilet rolls ran out even with basic daily use, there is no one onsite to get toilet rolls from so you need to walk a mile to get some.
only 4 swimming towels for seven days stay, we wont try to wash it in the machines its not good to have sea sand in the machine.
The towels were supposedly changed only every 5 days, it does not state so in the advertisement of the room only when you arrive you get the rules, it must rather be advertised as such.
The Fridge gave up on day one over freezing and beeping but a good facilities manager did check that for us and we stayed like that for the duration of the holiday.
The spin dryer did not work on first attempt as seen by the facilities manager as well. He was kind enough to give us spare bath towels.
we had to was out own dishes and pots we only seen that on arrival rules sheet and not advertised as such.
The oven does not have labels on it to know what you are pressing in order to use it, but the facilities manager assisted to figure it out.
The Wi-Fi gave up on day 5 but facilities manager assisted.

Bedroom 2. We had requested a double bed for my collegue. It was 2 single beds when we arrived

1) The sea view
2) The maid was a nice person.....lots of manners and respect.
1) No shower in main bedroom, false advertising on booking.com.....I don't like false advertising as the rates are expensive
2) There's a shower in passage bathroom far away from main bedroom, near the entrance of unit. Not convenient. Really irritating.
3) Bed in main bedroom, small & uncomfortable as body pained the next morning.
4) No key to lock main bedroom, no privacy
5) No security latch inside of entrance door, so anyone with keys can just open and come in.....again no privacy

Very central and well equipped and clean and safe!!!!
The cleaner were very friendly and cleaned very well, the unit had everything you need even bath ammenities. The check-in and handover of keys were sufficient and done by very friendly personnel.
Overall lovely stay!!!
Quite pricey.... But it was school holidays so is within range of the rest of Umhlanga and reasonable for what you get.

The property was clean safe and comfortable and all the staff that we engaged with were friendly and warm.
The housekeeping could have been more attentive especially in the bathroom. The toilet brushes need replacing especially in these covid times. As a housekeeper myself I don’t think your guests should have to keep asking for the toilet paper to be replaced it should be done automatically.
