The room was neat, clean and had all the basics. Can’t complain overall.

The management could be more professional. Sensed some classism because I’m a young good looking lady and I don’t know what they have against that. They seemed more supportive to the white lawyer whom I arrived to the desk with over me. The staff is publicly vulgar and express their discontentment on the job out loud making us feel somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, these guys need to learn proper conduct otherwise they will continue to chase clients away and decrease the hotel standard.

Great location with amazing views. Kids loved the pool and beach. Caters for halal dietary requirements. Very helpful staff. Free parking. Security.

Great place to stay for one night close to all amenities. Room was very clean and well appointed. The girl at the reception was super helpful and the staff very helpful with luggage, parking etc.

I had a problem between booking.com and the hotel re payments. My payment was approved and then declined twice although I used the card at the hotel with no problem. It seems that it is very fashionable for the cars to be constantly backfiring and this went onto the early morning. Nothing that the hotel can do about it but very annoying when you have an early flight to catch.
