Beautiful view and comfortable flat with nice amenities such as a Nespresso machine.
The aircon in the common space was not very effective.

The view of the beach was exceptional and the location very convenient, close to the shops and a walking distance to the beach,I love this about this apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall our stay was great
The apartment could use abit of a facelift in terms of maintenance but overall not too bad.I also think the owner of the apartment could communicate better, like giving out pre arrival instructions a day before arrival, so you are not left wondering what to do on the day of arrival.

Location was excellent and close to the beach and walking distance to the mall
apartment was old and had a damp smell. there was numerous damages to the facilities that require regular maintenance due to be close to the ocean

The apartment needs to be changed to a modern look. Carpet taken out and modern tiles put. Microwave not working fridge not closing. Towels need to be changed the next day .

shops and main beach. beautiful view.
the front veranda roof needs some attention, but in fairness it was raining very hard. the aircon wasn’t working but the owners promised to have it looked at. we slept with the doors and windows open anyway so overall it didn’t detract from a great experience.

The amazing location overlooking the ocean from the balcony
Sorry but for us the property needs a little TLC , bedding discoloured, paint work needed in lots of places, lack of dishes, the pots and pans were poorly to use, just needs attention all around, hence the price. For me the balcony needs loungers to fully enjoy that view, but needs a lick of paint too, the cast iron table and 3 chairs was a let down, I had high hopes but sadly not to be. The maid was friendly and so was Greg the host, a lovely guy but the standard didn't meet our expectations. Greg has a fabulous place but needs upgrading throughout, , a couple of weeks upgrading and I think u could ask for more , that view is just a dream.

The location and easy access to the beach. The view was great.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. All the pots and pans were broken and warped. No sharp knives or scissors. I needed to do a load of washing because we had been on the road for 4 days (one of the reasons I chose the apartment). The washing machine broken and no rack.

Access to the unit and the keys was smooth and perfect and the location, sea views and accessibility and proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent.
The description and photos of the unit certainly bode well for a fantastic holiday. The conditions ranged from unacceptable and unclean to despicable. As health care workers we were shocked but also embarrassed because we had invited visitors to come on holiday. From the entrance a strong offensive of odour emanated from the toilet. The aircon worked intermittently but not at all in the bedroom with the 2 single beds. Moreover the ducts looked clogged with dust thereby making the aircon largely ineffective. The floor inside was chipped all over giving the unit a shabby appearance. We had to wait until early evening before we could get the DSTV connected. The gas BRAAI and the gas cylinder constituted a health and safety hazard and should have been condemned as displayed. The hot water tap in the kitchen caused a loud vibrating sound when opened. The floor of the balcony was in a despicable and mouldy condition with a filthy grass broom lying on the floor. And the aluminum roof was so rusty that the steel bar attaching it broke off during the heavy winds and looked precariously in danger of being blown away. Even the wall was severely cracked. Despite my informing you of this imminent danger, you failed to come and check, and even booked out the unit to some other unsuspecting clients without even bothering to check. Lastly the cleaning of the place was inadequate and the lady working in the unit extremely rude and hostile. To let out such a unit to anyone and to charge them close to R1600 per night whilst using deliberately misleading photos is fraudulent. In fairness these complaints and photos were sent to the owner prior to posting on this platform who just somewhat apologized and said he would close the place some time in May for refurbishing.

The location is second to none, sea view - beach access - shops and restaurants. The apartment is impeccably decorated, it was a home away from home.
