Location was very good and car parking facilities available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room accessories like toothpaste, shampoo, etc wasn’t available. Shower hose was not working properly.

The beds were uncomfy, decor was awful - 1st room was damp. It was very noisy - could hear when upstairs went to the toilet - need to look at soundproofing

Great location for beach but also for my purpose as a base for visiting relatives. All the staff I encountered were really good - in the restaurant, Halina in the bar, reception and special mention to the two ladies cleaning my room. The shower in my single room (Room 10) was great - hot and with good pressure) Free parking a bonus

The ground floor common areas of the hotel are very dated (but as I was just using it as a base, that wasn’t a problem) Would have liked a desk height area. TV very limited channels. not even the free view channels ‘promised’

the bed bugs in my room, crawling all over my bed and the staff saying I would be contacted about being reimbursed. not a phone call or message since I left. not normally one to leave bad reviews but genuinely don’t think this was taken seriously enough! if a child has been in that room since or a family and there luggage has been affected that’s homes that could be ruined by an infestation of these things! room 123 just incase anyone is unlucky enough to get the room guessing bed boards and mattresses arnt checked thoroughly as looks like they’ve been dormant awhile. black feces buried in the wood and multiple eggs and nest behind the bed board

THE HOTEL WAS ONE THE SEA FRONT ROOM OVER LOOKING THE SEA COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER, THE HOTEL HAD LIVE ENTERTAINMENT IT WAS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

The carpets in the public area looked like they had not been vacuumed in sometime. our bedding didn’t smell very clean and the room was rundown

the cleanliness left a lot to be desired! Although not the hotels fault… people in rooms either side of mine were very noisy until 01:00. shower had no pressure.

Room provided was without shower. The manager arranged for another room downstairs to be used for only shower purpose; not for stay. It means that before allocating the original room no checks were performed on the facilities available in the room. Nothing was offered complimentary as well, like one day breakfast.

Good value, goodl location and good bar.

Decor tired. But price reflects this.

beachfront hotel, lovely room this time in the front with balcony so Sunrise was a spectacular view. staff were polite and friendly too.
