The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the bathrooms fine also. A very good breakfast was available very close by, just one minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything, only had to park in public car park second night even though we had a Blue badge, but it was possible to move car there in second morning.

- location is superb - beds were comfortable - bedroom was spacious

- This hotel WILL NOT accommodate you in the restaurant if it is busy. therefore I would avoid the hotel

Lovely apartment in perfect location within the old city walls with bars, shops and restaurants within a few steps. Perfectly adapted for a wheelchair guest, especially the bathroom. Huge king bed, which was very comfortable. Home from home. Very good breakfast at The Black Boy Inn just a few steps away and free secure parking there too. Staff at the Inn (where reception is) were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Pillows could be better! Other than that, nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were fabulous, room was gorgeous and have already recommended to friends and family. lovely to have a walk around the town and took approx 25 mins to drive to Snowdon for our walk.

the room was large and comfortable with all the facilities that one would expect. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was also excellent.

Although the location was ideal, in the middle of town, all the facilities such as reception and breakfast were in a different building several minutes away. Car parking was also ten minutes walk away in a public car park. If these points had been made clear on the website, I probably wouldn't have booked at this hotel.

We got room 72 which is enormous and has a fantastic bathroom, 5 radiators in total and was a 2 minute walk to the Black Boy Inn where you have breakfast and evening meals.

The service was excellent, check-in was fast and we were shown to our room which was very good. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. Breakfast the next day was really nice and the staff were very helpful.
