The kitchen was excellent with a brekky bar, perfect for the kids. The location was good and next to useful shops, bars and restaurants.
The pillows were too high and too hard.
The radiators in the bathroom didn't turn on.
More small perks in the kitchen like salt, cooking oil, and soaps would have been handy.

No soundproofing against late night pub revellers, extremely early morning deliveries and elephants (kids) bouncing up and down on the ceiling, which made the whole building shake.

The location in the centre of Caernarfon was great, the self checkin process too. The property is very comfortable for 3 people and is mostly well equipped.
Given the (wonderful) location, sleeping before 12/1 AM is quite hard given that there is, specially in the weekend, lots of people going out. The couch is not that big so a fourth person may feel a bit tight.
It was a bit disappointing to find no toiletries at all (not even hand soap to wash your hands). Also disappointing to find the sheets that were supposed to be used in the couch dirty (they didn't seem to have been thoroughly washed).

Being a town centre apartment it was very noisy until late night. Especially being summer time couldn’t sleep without windows open

A little bit noisy in the evenings, but you would expect that from somewhere in the town centre.

Location is very central, especially if you want to enjoy city life
Small sized beds. It can get very noisy as it is on the high street and windows have single glazing. You can hear sea gulls all night making it difficult getting used to for the first one or two nights.

It was a good size for 4 people. Location near the castle.
Very noisy at night. Being central it has many late night bars around the property. Could hear the music and people shouting outside.
