I had the most amazing upgrade to a Pool Suite. This was a big suite with Private sauna and zen garden with private outdoor pool. I already love free use of the Spa facilities, but this was amazing.

The treatment prices at the Spa are too much.

The distance from the airport is great, about 10 min from SAW. The staff was friendly and responsive as well.

The room was large but not well laid out. The bathroom was small compared to the room and the doors to the bathroom were glass and did not completely shut or lock. Not much privacy if you are sharing a room with another person or your partner.

Room was a good size and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good. Close to the airport.

Room was dusty, hotel in general was run down. The spa was VERY average and felt unclean. Room cleaning was not complete daily unless you were awake at 8am. Dirty towels were not replaced. We did not get our newspaper and complimentary drink as listed in the description.

All is good clean and very nice hotel and swimming pool, the balcony was great as well.

As a tourists we found the location far and it was very dusty because of some road work close to the hotel.

Very clean Hotel with exceptional customer service and great food. Pool is really nice too and Spa although a little pricey.

When we arrived one of the room we reserved wasn't correctly prepped (no electricity ?). We had to wait for an hour before it was fixed and we could enjoy it.

The hotel is very nice for people who are travelling to Sabikha Airport(SAW). It is so close to the hotel. There are very good SPA facilities, but be aware not all of them allowed for your children. Rooms are very clean and spacious(even Standard category). Excellent breakfast-as usual for Radisson Blu hotels chain! You`ll find there whatever you want for quiet rest alone or with your family. It is easy to get Istanbul city center by Marmaray trains. Thankful to reception team, we spent lovely short vacation there. Especially I can say it about Mr. Murathan whose professionalism, customer oriented and individual approach we appreciated!

Sauna&Hammam suite was great. The room was big and comfortable. Facilities in the room were all great. Breakfast was satisfying. It might be a bit expensive, but worth to price if you need a relaxing time.

Location is not good if you intend to visit and enjoy the city. It’s far from almost all tourist attractions.

I was assigned to a suite in the corner next to the highway. There was so much noise and the windows (even closed) cannot cover the background noise.

great property, stayed in the pool suite. after a long international flight it was such a treat to relax. had a massage in the spa, it was wonderful. highly recommend. staff is extremely polite and helpful.
