Buen lugar, en el mismo centro de gran via, desde donde se puede ir caminando (20 minutos) a todos los puntos turisticos de la ciudad. Habitación de un tamaño decente y buen tamaño de baño. Desayuno rico con los justo. Muy recomendado para turismo.
Habia una boda en la azotea (que es una de las características) por lo que no se pudo usar. Eso fue malo, para pagar 300 euros la noche, no poder utilizar una de las gracias del hotel es un punto bien negativo.

Camera confortevole di dimensioni nella media, frigobar, saponi vari ricaricabili senza spreco di plastica, bagno completo di tutto il necessario, staff cordiale, gentile, noi avevamo sia la colazione e la cena incluse ottimo. L'hotel è situato in posizione ottima centrale appena esci trovi tutti i luoghi più importanti della città, puoi anche usufruire della linea di autobus denominata 001 a emissioni zero e completamente gratuita. Ve lo consiglio rimarrete soddisfatti.

The hotel is very clean, the cleanest one I have had ever stayed so far. I don't really find dust around. Staff are nice. Location is very convenient, shops and metro station just around the corner. We even had a great xichuan spicy meal close to the hotel. Good value.
The air conditioning is a bit weird as it would suddenly turn super cool or too warm.

Room was a bit tight. Struggled to move around trip hazards along the, way. Just had to lie on the bed to relax.

Tout à fait bien et disposé comme il faut
Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié la première chambre avec vue sur un triangle de murs. On m’a ensuite donné une chambre avec un peu plus de lumière.

Hotel sencillo, nada incomodo ni tampoco sobraba nada, ideal para pasar una noche de transición antes de seguir viaje.

Great location, amazing rooftop pool and Bar, nicely decorated rooms with Coffee machine, good air conditioning, nice staff.
One of the two elevators didn't work, which made the waiting time a lot longer, rooftop Bar was closed for a private party in one of the nights, room service did not respond after several calls.

I loved staying at this hotel. It had everything we needed, it was very clean, the staff was very professional, nice and helpful. The location was perfect. I think this hotel was better than some 5 star hotels.

Hotel was walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, and meetup points for all my tours. Staff recommended the best flamenco experience I've seen, and were very helpful. Restaurant area was beautiful and the food was delicious. Served the famous Serrano and Iberico ham on the breakfast buffet. Amazing experience!
Every time I thought something was not ok, the staff fixed it! Can't really complain about anything.

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was also lovely. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and attentive and also very apologetic for the inconveniences.
There was building work going on the the attached room which was very noisy and made the stay quite disappointing.
Also, the cleaners would not restock the mini bar, remove the rubbish, clean etc unless we left the room, which was very frustrating whilst trying to enjoy food and a movie in the room meaning the room was left uncleaned for 3 days.

Good value for its location and quality of room . It is definitely worth for a hotel in a range of 150$-200$
The reception need to be improved on their English and the quality of service is limited
