L'hôtel est spacieux et très bien situé. Il est facilement accessible avec la navette de l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport. La chambre est confortable et le personnel est courtois et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon diversifié et présente un bon rapport qualité / prix.

Gestresstes Personal durch die hohe Anzahl an Gäste bzw Busreisende die sehr unangenehm aufgefallen sind. Besonderes beim Frühstück. Hier ist zwingend Aufsicht notwendig - Kinder haben mehrfach das Essen mit den Händen angepackt und wieder ins Buffet gelegt.

Hotel is perfect for those needing to stay overnight close to Schiphol airport, hotel shuttle was seamless, on time and free both to/from the airport. Staff are very friendly, location is ok, nothing around the area within walking distance except McDonald's, hotel restaurant closes early, no problem but something to consider if arriving late in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of selection.

You need to catch transport from the airport to the hotel, taxi, shuttle or public transport which is a little inconvenient for a airport hotel.

this waitress called kata was very kind to us and she comforted us on our first time.we really enjoyed our stay.it was very close to the airport too

We booked a family room and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and sofa bed was enough to fit an adult. The room was neat and clean specially the bathroom. Well done! The most helpful and convenient service was the free airport to hotel shuttle. If you want to go back to the Schiphol airport from the hotel, you need to ask the reception for a voucher - which is free. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended stay at this hotel.

That my stay was very short, i could leave this hotel quickly.

Its not like a hotel who serves customers, but like you stay there free and they dont care if you are satisfied, if you will stay again or no. There is no customer relations unit to share your complaints. No food, no water available in shirt distance. One bottle of still watet 4€. Food choice is very plane, and extremely expensive. If you aim to make money from having no restaurants nearby, at least you could respect guests and serve good food.

Loved the room, the heated bathroom floors were fabulous! The breakfast was very good and the shuttle was prompt.

I was in a room that faced a busy highway so I was able to hear cars going by through the night unfortunately. Also, I think there is some confusion about whether the shuttle to / from airport is free. Recommend double checking to future guests.

We have had a terrible night. The whole time we heard some noises coming upstairs from the ceiling. Aircondition was off.

The room was large with a seating area and very comfortable bed. The public areas are very modern and stylish. Dinner was good and the service was excellent.

I found the parking quite expensive for an open parking lot.

The aircon was broken and the room was really cold the whole 5 day stay, the tiles in the shower were mouldy, room service never replaced the complimentary coffee, the restaurant quality was exceptionally bad and while we were eating, a mouse ran through our legs. We settled the bill on our last night so we could do a quick check out in the morning, however when we got to the checkout the receptionist informed us that there were some extra charges that needed to be paid. We were running late for the airport shuttle so we couldn’t double check the extra charges and ended up just paying them. Very disappointing for the price
