موقع المكان استراتيجي قريب من كل شي فندق نظيف ومتوفر فيه جميع المرافق ونظيف وحريصين على عملائهم والموظفين جداً متعاونين وبشوشين

Rooms are clean, staff extremly friendly and respectful, breakfast on the sun terrace is beautiful, location is good - lots of small shops in the area

Wifi was horrible (maybe it was our room that it didn’t reach but that was a bit annoying)

Location is perfect , u r in the heart of Amman , restaurants and malls are walking distance from the hotel , breakfast buffet was decent , the hotel is super clean ,, staff are very friendly and helpful , not my first time in Khuttar this maybe my 4th time and it won’t be the last

No complaints

clean, accessible to shopping enters, car rentals, a safe . The room with balcony, the terrace around the dinning hall is clean , with blossoms of the trees

I arrived at 22:30, very tired after a long day of travel. My room wasn't ready, and I wasn't given my key until nearly midnight!! My travel companion got his room straight away & he could have gone to bed, but the hotel offered us a drink & a snack while I waited, which was served on the balcony of his room, which meant that he had to stay awake too. I found this to be disappointing, even though the facilities in the room were good.

Very nice and friendly staff and great location.

The room had another door inside and through that room you can enter to another room. Sound isolation is not good and we could hear people talking all the night, so we had to call reception to tell them to stop talking so loud.

It is located in a nice area with shops. The building has been recently renovated. The staff was super friendly.
