The team kept me updated throughout the lead up of our stay, answered questions, even though they may have been silly, due to previous experiences with other Hotels and Motels... Upon Arrival, I had dropped my kids to spend time with Family before big Birthday Celebrations, Steve greeted me with a Smile and made sure to double check I was staying with the kids. The room was clean and smelt fresh, not musty which is often experienced in motels. The beds were big enough that my teen has now asked me for his own Queen Bed. We were offered milk for tea and coffee upon arrival, I loved being able to access Netflix, without needing to sign in, but knowing I could access other streaming services using my own account, was also phenomenal. The rooms were soundproof. Once that door was closed, you hardly heard anything from neighbours or outside noise.

For me personally, I found the beds a bit too firm for my liking, kids thought they were one of the best beds they'd slept on in a motel.

The location, staff, and facility are all great. The property is within walking distance from the town center, very clean, and spacious, and is serviced every day.

On Bookings.com it is stated as breakfast is included and technically it is if you would consider cereals, instant coffee, and toast with butter as breakfast. If you were expecting a warm breakfast (eggs, bacon etc.) then that is $12/pp extra. Warm breakfast is not available on Mondays. I would suggest that the property be advertised as breakfast excluded.

The beds, they were comfy, warm and clean.

Cant think of anything, It was pretty perfect.

Great Continental Breakfast, i also had Sausage and Eggs, yum.
