We had our own food. Staff and owners we could not ask for better. They went above and beyond to help us. We both have medical problems o we really appreciated there help

Very clean and quiet.
Rather small for a couple bit fine for single stays.

easy after hours check in-key was left in the room unlocked.
It’s a Dulux overhaul, quite old and tired with a dated renovation showing its age.
Rude housekeeper who comes knocking on the door at 0930am and when I politely acknowledged I was sternly reminded “check out is 10am mate”
well coke back after 10am and knock if I hadn’t already checked out.
They just want you gone so they can quickly clean and go home themselves.

The fridge was far too loud. Doors banging all night . Guest walking heavy on up stairs. Just far too noisy sorry

it was close to town.
*broken floor tiles in the room. They were literally coming off the floor.
*the toilet was running/dripping all night. We got hardly any sleep. When I told the staff the next morning, they said that I should have turned the tap off at the back of the toilet!! They offered no apology or anything!!
* there was hair in the shower
*there was a toaster in the room but no plates or cutlery.

Bed ok but did not seem like a queen size. Pillows not great.
