Shower needs attention bed lights not working

Great location, in town centre.

A bit dated.

The rate was competitive.

The two vomit stains on the floor that were clearly not professionally cleaned prior to my son and I occupying the room. One of them was still very wet (pictured). I thought it was a water stain until I lay down in bed after the office had closed, only to be greeted by the wafting smell of the said vomit stain greeting my nostrils, every time I breathed in. Needless to say I did not get much sleep.

There wasn't any breakfast - we had to go to a cafe on the main street. This would be an inconvenience if the weather were bad.

The room had been cleaned but there is a need for ongoing maintenance. New power points are replacing old ones and the new ones don't cover the hole where the old ones have been removed. The showers have a very deep hob which could be dangerous, especially for someone elderly. The shower cubicle needs the grout to be thoroughly cleaned as it appears there may be mould starting.

Although it was an old motel, it was clean.

It would have been cramped if two people were in the room.

Air conditioner in wrong place should be above the bench as it was a hot night and the A/C wasn’t getting us cool at all and There needs to be a exhaust fan in bathroom and it needs abit of a revamp
