The description said "wheelchair accessible". However, the water closet did not meet ADA requirements, and the only grab bars were in the bathtub.

Room was quiet and good size. Staff was exceptional...always attentive, personable, and quick to help.

Carpet and chair needed to be cleaned better. Breakfast was ok.

Very complete breakfast. Hot tub was hot!(that’s good). Quite pleased, especially for the price. Will certainly stay there again if we’re in the area

not very clean! Slept with my clothes on on top of the covers. Someone had to work at making the coffee that bad. I’m not even sure that it should be consumed.

Insane pet fee of $75US!! It was more than half the price of our hotel stay! Our go to hotel is usually a La Quinta which has a reasonable rate of $25. Pre-pandemic we never paid pet fees. Seeing as how it’s a sister hotel owned by Wyndham I expected more. On top of that left over food was in the fridge from the previous guests, and the shower was filthy. I wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly.

Great location, convenient to restaurants and interstate. Staff was very courteous. Lobby area was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast was not good. Flimsy bacon, stale English muffin, no pancakes or waffles. Hampton Inns have waffle makers. I expected one at the Wingate. Also, my fitted sheet had bad elastic and came off one corner in the night. Upon waking up in the morning, I saw a whole lot of hair on the mattress cover…Not my hair. Clearly, the mattress cover had not been cleaned in a while. Also, two of the four pillows had stained pillowcases. The lounge chair in the room was also stained. Overall, the hotel seemed a bit shabby. Time for new paint, carpet, bathroom fixtures, etc. For the price, I expected better.
