Breakfast was convenient, location was perfect

Staff were non existent. I was there for 3 weeks and they only cleaned my room once. Refrigerator would go from freezing my food to basically off. Had to throw away food. Bathroom light didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after I reported it. They put me on the 3rd floor which was under construction. Front desk charged my card for the room after I paid through booking.com. Front desk staff was rude about it and even after it was resolved they still had my card on file for incidentals as the primary card and continued to charge it. It was a mess.

It was awesome. Very clean, well kept in the hallways and in the room. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable with four great pillows. I really wanted to skip my flight and just stay in bed. The two staff members with whom I interacted were very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was very good too. I was able to get a variety of food and fruit with coffee too. I really liked this place. I will book again when I use Peoria's airport.

We had a room that had a spa in it. The location was close to the event we were attending which was only 3 miles away.

The spa in pool room was closed off. The ice machine wasn't working

they had really good breakfast and it was quiet

that the hot tub was closed I was really looking forward to it

furniture is getting worn. chairs in lobby need to be replaced. Our first room had issue with bathroom lights and the fabric on the desk chair was worn out. The staff put us in a new room. The bathroom exhaust fan in this room was not working.

The breakfast.

Pool was closed and it was the sole reason we booked here. Staff said maybe it would be open second day. Second day came and they still said i domt know if it would be open knowing it wasnt.

Overall, a good stay but garbage was overflowing at times and ice makers were out of order. Lots of girls around with a softball tournament so probably understandable on the garbage.

The location was really close to an event we were attending. Reservations were easy.

We secured a check in time at 3pm. Booking said checkin time was 3pm. We showed up at 3:25 and our room was not ready. We could not effectively check in. We were told to just “come back”. Came back about an hour later. Room still not ready. Told to just try later. We had to switch around all our plans. No towels in the room. Pool was dirty.

Location and familiarity. Been there many times before.

Big group (softball team) and lobby was a zoo during check-in at 9:30 pm as I tried to assist my disable mother through the loud hoard of people to the front desk. Should give them a meeting room to have their group in. You're making a ton of money off of the big group but keeps other guests from using facilities and affects the quality of your stay. Building was very untidy. No ice in in the one of 3 ice machines that they said work. Couldn't even get a bottle of water from a vending machine. Facility is getting worn out and just wasn't clean.
