location is convenient and it’s very private

the lane is no access to car so difficult to carry luggage’s out to & from the main road. also the property needs maintenance especially for the shower ie. ours had a loose tap that swung around and the shower head was rusty. also there was no hair dryer and kettle in each room which is the minimum. there was no TV in the upper rooms which I feel it’s important if we wanted to stay in to rest. maybe just needs some fixing of shower heads & taps, TVs in each room, trimming of landscape and some lighting and repainting of walls.

We really like the location and the view from the bedroom. We felt like a queen and king in this place. The staff is friendly and smily. You can rent scooters at the reception.

good value for money. room was big, bed comfortable, hot water in shower, free drinking water bottles in room, nice curtains, that you can sleep in the morning without being disturbed with light. staff is very very friendly, and helpful.

some smell in the room.. and if they would paint walls fresh, it would really make a change. maybe to add some decorations in room to make it a little more cozy. then it would be like a very good 3 star hotel.

The property didn’t match the pictures on booking.com. I have no idea where the pool was it didn’t seem to be on the property we searched everywhere. I asked the man at the reception desk and he gave me very vague instructions directing me somewhere completely off the property to access the pool and even then I couldn’t find it so I gave up. The place was filthy and our room smelled like raw sewage.

Friendly, helpful family run reort. We stayed in one of the two walled villas at the rear of th property, not fancy or modern but spacious, quiet, clean and private. Big comfy bed, air con good, shower good, huge bath which Ive never used yet. Breakfasts were simple but well cooked and tasty. Granpapa has being doing proper reflexology for years. You can go and see him anytime, no charge, just a donation if you want to. This was our third stay here and going back for a few more days in August.

Only complaint was the pool water was a bit murky but ok for a quick swim, will probably be ok once it's being used more. A kettle in the room would be a good addition, but if you need tea or coffee during the day, you just have to ask and someone will bring it to you. Tv hadn't been reconnected since Covid but I dont come to Bali to watch tv so no big deal.
