Bathroom needs upgrade

The place is outdated.

This hotel is priced per person.. even if you take a family room, they will charge for how many people there are.

Staff were lovely, they let me check in early xxxx very chilled, just what I needed

The reception lady was rather hostile than friendly. included breakfast was strange. it was always a little food for us. one day it was a buffet(almost empty by our arrival), next day - clean tables: "not many guests today, so you can choose chicken or beef noodle" - I asked, does it mean that if the hotel has fewer guests - we have to eat less too? She said "Yes". we got charged for the water too, which is usually free:( projectors above the sunloungers are quite annoying in the evening

We liked that they have a room service. We don't have to go out to eat.

We hated that the other guests are doing karaoke with the volume was so loud until midnight. We didn't have a nice sleep from the first night til we checked out! The management didn't care and even tried to lie saying they are sure that they told the guests to stop at 10pm and that no more singing and it was the next resorts guests that were singing not knowing that we even went down to talk to the guard and the guests to turn the volume down at around 10:30pm and we saw with our own eyes and heard with our own ears that it was the guests from inside the resort and not from the next door who were singing and partying. How didn't the management know that? Because there was no one there but 1 guard. And they have the audacity to say that they are sure it was not the guests from the resort???

disappointed me right at the check in time until check out as so many unpleasant situations. wrong advertisement on website with the reality.

the resort has no beach. you can’t swim at the sea. No internet, no telephone, minibar not cold and A/C didn’t work. after Engineer checked all the complains he said the I need to buy some ice scoop from outside to keep our beer cold….receptionist just apologized for the inconvenience and nothing compensated our stay.

staffs is nice. good location . shop , restaurant around , you can rent a motorcycle there which is only 8$ a day . driving to local to get local foods cook by local family which is so cheap . you can hear the waves at night , get the see view room . will have alive seafood bbq during holidays by the pool ( need to check their update) .

there is no telephone in my room , maybe they have at different room . if I need something I have to walk to the reception. pool is cold for January, maybe it warmer on other months .
