Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Beach. Sehr grosse Pool Anlage mit viel Platz zum liegen. Der Strand mit den schattenspendenden Palmen war richtig toll. Sehr grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht aufs Meer.

The staff at the reception seems not as professional in comparison to all our other hotels we have been to. Englisch was okay but sometimes hard for them to understand. It was not allowed to go into the sea which was plausible for the first day but after than it seems quite okay to us…

Lovely pool beside the beach. Lovely size rooms and comfortable beds. A little far from the restaurants but about 20 minute walk

Aircon was not very powerful. Food in the restaurant was awful however breakfast buffet was nice

The suite was spacious and the bathroom with bath was very pleasant, specially for a toddler. Also a double balcony and on the top floor so the view is very nice and no noise from adjacent rooms as there aren't any. As well as for the available menu a rather dull choice, quality is however good

The Wi-Fi is not strong and regularly switches off for about 30 seconds, Water pressure is abysmal but i like a strong shower, There are 2 restaurants but they have the same menu, so there is only 1 restaurant. Many corporate bookings (averaging 50 guests) that stay for 1 night that means the main restaurant is closed for other guests for dinner and a packed breakfast Buffet in the morning. Breakfast is average at best, we stayed 11 nights and decided 3 x not to go due to the choice of food available and the amount of people swarming the buffet.

Pool is clean with good staff. Beach is close to the hotel. Breakfast is acceptable.

The design of the hotel: On the way to my room, it is not an even floor but up and down with stairs which is not good for the older people or people with weak legs.

The breakfast selection was always very good. As a pescaterian I didn't struggle. The size of the rooms were spacious and well laid out. The fact the hotel is right on the beach and all the nature on the grounds (plants, trees, flowers, lakes etc)

The fact it was a beach hotel and they only gave you a small bottle of water in your room once a day! There should have been water stations for free refills. I also didn't like the fact they had no happy hour at the bar. The lighting in the room was a bit dark with all the dark wood around.

The resort has a beautiful pool, and lots of small restaurants around the corner. Very attentive staff.

great pool and big clean room, access to the sea is great. Staff are all super friendly and helpful there’s a good food court about 15 minute walk away with a bar and pool etc, the food is amazing

location wise- if you’re planning to explore the local area walking the surrounding roads can be a bit sketchy due to stray dogs and a lack of pavements the gym is not well maintained with a lot of broken equipment and needs a refurb to be useable

Beautiful place, wonderful beach, hammocks, palms - whole nature around the hotel. Helpful staff, especially Ibrahim, all the best for you! I have visited a lot of countries in Africa, South-East Asia, America and South Europe and sleeping in this hotel was trully an unforgettable experience. Waking up to the paradise beach like this, I am recommending the hotel to every friend!

It was impossible to rent a motorrbike with no experience. My room was dirty with a lot of humid and dirt :( And the wifi was really bad - I couldn't work from my apartment - however the staff tried to help me and provided another Wifi (which was unfortunately also bad). But I managed it with my own sim card and going out to the restaurant to catch the signal.

exactly what you would expect from a 4* resort. Large and clean rooms, good pool. Also the beach was nice and clean. Enough beds and tables in the dining area. Staff is helpfull upon request.

Loud, very loud families during the weekend. Photoshoots around the hotel all day long. Slightly annoying when you just want to wind down from traveling.

There was nothing not to like!

highly to recommend! we had a suite with sea view and then a bungalow on the beach, both super nice. the resort is very beautiful, super green and clean. like a Paradies. the beach side is comfortable, there are enough Sun loungers. although the venue is big you have not the feeling that there are many people here. the breakfast is extra ordinary good! the staff is very friendly and accommodating. there are super markets around, markets with fresh fruits and vegetables and restaurants. you can rent a scooter, too.

The gardens and resort area are beautifully maintained. It feels like a true tropical paradise. The rooms are light and spacious with private balcony space. All staff are friendly and work hard to make your stay a comfortable, relaxing experience. The breakfast was a delicious selection of East and West.

We liked that there were free bikes to take out and explore on but all of these bikes are in need of some serious maintenance. These were not 4 star bikes! It is a pity the spa does not have an outdoor area by the beach so you can listen to the sound of the sea whilst having a massage.

Hoang Ngoc Beach Resort is not just another beach resort. It provides an incredibly relaxing environment and a very friendly atmosphere we have ever seen. We felt so relaxed, peaceful with the truly amazing landscape and having fun with the kids in the swimming pool next to the beach. The staff are so friendly, polite and accommodative to our needs. It so happened to be our 20th Wedding Anniversary during our stay at Hoang Ngoc resort and through the co-ordination and assistance from the staff here, everything was organised - flowers, cake, dinner, candles..... The staff here helped me organised a surprise and romantic dinner for my wife. The buffet breakfast was great. Our breathtaking experience at Hoang Ngoc resort cannot be described in words. We were privileged to have experienced this in person. Thank you so much to all the staff at Hoang Ngoc Beach Resort for leaving us everlasting and wonderful memories of our trip. Minh

Gym - equipment is old.

Our stay was made great by the super friendly staff, I you are staying here just ask for miss An. She took such good care of us! Got us our tours, our bus tickets, arranged everything, gave advice on where and when to go. The facilities are great, everything was very clean even tho it was windy and rainy, there is a small army of grounds keepers that are removing coconuts from trees, cutting branches, watering plants, picking up leaves, cleaning the pool… The we didn’t eat much at the hotel but what we tried was good, the breakfast buffet is big and good.

We didn’t get to experience the full resort as there was a Typhoon warning and they had to clear the beach setup and place sandbags. But this is only for us, nothing the resort did wrong.
