Nice room, nice beach
Reception seems a bit overwhelm and short staffed. Had to wait for some time. However they were helpful enough.

Nice pool, excellent breakfast, great onsite spa
Covid has definitely taken its toll on Mui Ne. We booked 5 nights but left to got to Nha Trang after two nights and we happy that we did.

The pool was quite nice.
The dated rooms and style. The lack of attention to customer service. We had to grab our own sun chair pads, and go flag the gardener to get someone to come out to see if we wanted drinks. After the first round, we never saw anyone again until requested again to the gardener to call someone. The limited amount of drink options was also alarming as they were out of half the menu. The food was decent tasting but I did spend my 2nd day at the hotel too sick to get out of bed.

The facilities were extremely clean, the staff were very attentive especially the pool staff. I will definitely b3 coming back again. Beautiful resort.

oldish but quite well maintained Hotel with facilities. huge pool area with relaxing chairs. Rich breakfast buffet with enormous range varieties. price was just 900k VND per room…Good value. Courteous staff which is quite outstanding for Vietnam
rooms in front, facing the street are quite noisy. Hotel a bit far away from the central area with restaurants/businesses. For end op April 22 no big issue as still many businesses are still closed anyways due to the closure of Vietnam for the last 2 years.

Breakfast was OK but again nothing close to what you would expect in a four star hotel.
Not a four star hotel, three being generous. Hotel has seen better days. A beach hardly exists and what presents itself is dirty. We love swimming but decided to refrain. The pool looks nice but was busy and water hygiene questionable. Family friendly I guess. Not really suitable for couples.

Good location and fair value for standard rooms. Ocean view rooms were too expensive.
Was difficult to communicate with staff in English. Could not borrow a cloths iron. Little deficient for a 4* rated hotel.
