Easy to get to location, very centrally located in Oxford. Great for a trip with friends. Would highly recommend if you're planning to be out and about in town anyway.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, hot and other options.

We were on third floor and had a couple of big bags to carry up the stairs.

Good Location, very comfortable and clean

Catering is the weak side of this accommodation. The breakfast is average and no real evening facilities. There are, however, good places close by

Our room was comfortable, it had a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, view of the green opposite and being so central to the theatre and shoos was fantastic

The cleaners outside our room were particularly noisy and early.

Some confusion at check in...given wrong keys etc. Compounded by my having mobility issues

A basic, no-frills and well-priced room for a short trip.

Shower cubicle was on the small and squeezy side.

Very good value for the cost. Good staff. Very clean room, with a very large bathtub as an unexpected bonus.

locked till 8.00am. but there is a night exit. I leave around seven am.

The location was central and in a quiet street, which was good.

Noise from the room upstairs woke me up very early in the morning. The pillows (not the pillow cases) need washing, they smelt of other people's heads. I would have asked for new ones, but I arrived late and there's no one on reception after 10pm.

Location, cost and very little fuss, unlike most hotels in Oxford, and we have stayed in many!

This time we had a basement room, which was a little dark. the stairs down are very narrow if carrying a case.

The room was spacy with good range of facilities. The location was fantastic, my lectures took place in Rewley House. 5 minute work into the heart of Oxford centre. Lots of cafes close by.

Sadly the central heating had failed, so a little cold when first entering building 9. An electric fire was supplied and we were kept informed of the problem. My only little moan - flasks of tea/coffee at breakfast, please go back to fresh cups and a warm drink with lunch.
