The room is clean, and the location is good.

They charge extra things. They didn't respect the price in the app, they say they always have Issues with people using booking.com. They said the breakfast is free, but when you get there they charge 60 pesos extra if you want to eat. It isn't the price of the food, it is that they lie to the customer. I didn't like it at all, I will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it...

the bed was comfortable and the AC was working really good. the breakfast was very simple but enough for us.

Wi-Fi You have to connect through a proxy page - unlike standard user ID / password. The system removed all my phone security features, enabled script executions by third parties, wiped out my saved links, undid file security, and changed all my custom settings in favor of Google. I haven't visited Google web site in over 15 years just for security and privacy concerns. This hotel aparently teams up with Google, possibly for financial gains.

Friendly staff, bag storage when we left. Great comfy bed. Good shower and working hot water. Perfwctky located for the bus station

This place more than met our expectations. Very clean, excellent location for walking to Central & sites, great breakfast included, free laundry facilities and airport shuttle. Very secure with elevator key access. Will definitely recommend to friends & family and stay here again when we visit this city. Staff was very helpful and communicated well with our minimal Spanish. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

In room safe would be nice for longer stays.

We stayed just for the night coming from Palenque to get to the airport. Central position, comfortable room and complementary breakfast included.

The room was not ready at 3:00PM when we arrived and had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby before we could check-in and the the bathroom had no towels. The sheets and pillows cases had musky smell. Staff changed the pillows and pillowcases, but still had musky smell.

Location is the more central you'll find in Villahermosa. Excellent cityview by the window of my room. Low price. Room and bathroom were clean.

Terrible breakfast. Hotel without minimum personality/identity. A member of staff tried --one hour before check out written in booking.com-- to enter my room (!!!) when I was sleeping inside. Fortunately I used a sort of block at door that delayed the entrance, that the woman tried lot of times to open with her fingers. Then, after woking up, I toke a shower and the woman tried again to enter when I was circulating, naked, in my room: I finally asked what problems she had, and she answered that she believed that check out was before , but obviously this, also in the hypothesis that was true, and it wasn't, does not authorize the staff to enter rooms: that was so irritating! Uncomfortable bed. The pillows smelled of greasy hair. Quality of air in the bedroom is low, you can't open window and air conditioning probably recicles the air of the room, not bringing new purified air from outside.

We stayed at One Villahermosa Centro for one night as we were taking a flight from Villahermosa airport the next day and for that purpose the hotel was a good choice with great value for the price per night. The small room was what you expect from a budget hotel and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The hotel's locations is truly central and next to a busy and fun square with a lot of street vendors, which does not bother you at night. We went to the airport with an ADO bus and therefore it was additionally great that the bus station was in walking distance, which felt save even before dawn early in the morning. As we were leaving the hotel before 6 am, we did not have a chance to catch the breakfast, which is nevertheless included in the price. There is a 24-hour reception, where you can buy snacks - but do not expect staff to speak English.

They say about free transfer from airport but this is a lie. I messaged them, mailed them about transfer but they ignored me.
