Clean, tidy, and quiet - good for a couple of nights if you're on a budget. The property feels very secure inside and is fairly quiet. My room was large and the AC worked well.

Location is just OK - 10 mins walk from ADO and 10 mins from downtown area, but the area around the hotel is a little run down and might feel unsafe (especially for a solo traveller at night - I recommend taking a taxi/uber). Once inside the property though it feels very safe. Room felt a little run down and the pillows were uncomfy but OK considering the price. The hotel was cheap

The wifi was not working properly. The room was noisy, you could hear every word and every step in the corridor. The room looks nothing like in the photos. Prepare for the smallest TV set you can imagine.

The hotel manager was outstanding. He recommended wonderful places of interest and helped me with everything I needed; a fantastic human being. He even let me use a motorcycle helmet while I was in town which was extremely helpful. Best hotel manager I have ever met!

Juan Ramon, the new manager, is AMAZING. More than helpful in any and every way and spoke wonderful english. Would highly recommend for the price.

Only thing is there are chickens in someone's house nearby that might wake you up at 5am.

The room was spacious. There was a fridge which was great. The staff were very helpful. Early morning check in was amazing for a small fee!

The front door was very confusing. We didnt get properly shown it. It was quite loud. And one of the housekeepers opened the window while we were in bed, it was quite inappropriate

The deco of the place is amazing and the bed is super comfortable. They really make a good job renovating this building. You feel safe as soon as you entry the property and I think for the money value is a great place to stay

I have to say as a traveler the city could be kind of scary and the place where is the hotel is not super safe so avoid to walk around in the night in this area but I think might be because Villahermosa doesn’t have that many tourist . I would love to be able to talk with the reception more face to face . It’s quite uncomfortable that they close the door at the reception and the only way to reach them is via WhatsApp

Pleasant and cozy. Props to whoever had the vision to turn what could have been a dark and depressing cheap hotel space into a cute, modern hideaway. Comfortable, well-decorated, clean, and well-equipped. And Valeria was one of the most warm and friendly check-in staff I've ever met. Drinking water provided in the common area, and a taco stand open late right around the corner.

The rooftop garden doesn't really have much of a view, but it still looked like a cute hangout spot. And I agree with the person who said there needs to be a floor mat for drying your feet after the shower. The floor is pretty slippery. The location is within a reasonable walking distance of most places, but it's not super close to anything.
