The room wasn’t clean, hairs in the shower, beds didn’t feel clean.

Basic, but ok. Location a bit further from the restaurants, shops and boats, but still walking distance.

It is extremely NOISY. I could hear the television of the guests downstairs, the conversation held in the kitchen and the WhatsApp messages coming in in the room next door.

Tintorera was located in a quiet area so we can sleep, they did help us with lodging for the next day in a local home since they didn't have any space available in the Tintorera, they need to better their communication between owners and employees since as our arrival the current employee wasn't aware of our booking, also the tours or tour agency they work with doesn't really offer the best value for the tours, our room wasn't that clean, there were some sort of dust bugs in the bedsheets, the moment we put our belongings in the nightstands those bugs plagued our medicines and candy, also shower doesn't have constant hot water, within seconds hot water turns to mild temperature and is very annoying, also kitchen supplies are not in the best condition, is great they provide with filtered water but the refrigerator and coffeepot were not clean that we decided not to cook, so far for one night is ok but if you need more days, search for other options.

cleanliness wasn't the best, there was some form of dustbags in the bed, nightstands, and kitchen, the kitchen utensils were not in good condition and the water temperature for showering wasn't hot and changed to cold within seconds, the communication between owners and employees wasn't the best either.

-too hard and high pillow -depends on the room but we were very unlucky and our room was next to a garden with a rooster. At 5 in the morning he starts with his sounds, impossible to continue sleep until 7, then he stops

The kitchen and the bathroom could be cleaner!

We had our private small apartment with a small kitchen and a huge bedroom. There is a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped (there is even a rice cooker and a blender). We had also access to free bikes and the personnel is very friendly ! There are a lot of small grocery shops nearby (fruits, bakery,…) and it is 8 min walk from the Malecón.

The wifi is very slow (impossible to watch a movie and it is very difficult to send pictures)

Great location, 5 minute walk from where the bus drops you off and many grocery stores and markets close by if you want to use the kitchen. There was water provided and hot water in the shower.

I attempted to contact the property ahead of time about modifying the booking but did not received a response. When I arrived it was difficult to communicate this. Then I was told I needed to leave at 9:00am the next morning when it wasn’t the published check out time. There were ants on the beds and in the refrigerator.

Great Staff. Very large apartment with full size refrigerator and many kitchen items. The staff helped us with all our needs and requests. They made tour reservations for us. They also help us plan any free time or day.

Better lighting in hallway and room. The lights were too weak.

The kitchen had everything to cook. The place is not very near to the muelle, but it is anyhow easily reachable on foot or paying a taxi 1 dollar or so

Quiet neighborhood, free bikes and great attention!

I was really impressed with this place. The bed was huge and comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The surroundings were very quiet which I appreciated and the touristy part of town is only a 10-minute walk away. Housekeeping came by every day and left the place sparkling. I didn't expect to be able to find something this nice for this price in the Galapagos!

The hotplates in our kitchen gave an electric shock when touched without a towel or some sort of barrier between the metal and our hand - ouch! Definitely a bit dangerous. There was a water filter in the room but even after the tap water was filtered it had a very bad taste, we ended up having to buy water.

The apartment was large and offered a safe in the wall to store my valuables in. Edmundo was very nice and answered my questions.

It was VERY noisy here through out the night so if you are a light sleeper this place is NOT for you. Trucks driving by all hours of the night, dogs barking, and roosters crowing at 1:39 am every morning until sunrise.

There were ants inside the flat Some essentials were missing. We would have given a higher review if the flat was providing some essentials for cooking, such as coffee, oil, salt and sugar. People who visit just for a few days would struggle to buy big packs of these products. However it would not be a big cost for the hotel to make these avaiable for guests. Having these products would also help people cooking

· The free bikes were very nice bikes. Kudos for that. Also the cleaning lady was very pleasant even though there was a language barrier.

· There was a faint lingering smell of cat urine. Not super strong smell, but definitely noticeable. There were ants in the kitchen area. The shower door didn't work properly. The room was clean, just not maintained at all. We actually only stayed 1 night and would have liked to get a refund for the 2nd night but couldn't find anyone in the office (although it states someone is there 24/7). So we just left the property. But to be fair we did not wait very long.

We got an apartment which was absolutely lovely! Staff were so helpful, excellent laundry service!! Great location! Place was clean! Nice rooftop area to chill! Value for money!!

Location was quiet and ok centered ; rooms/apartment were quite spacious

Cleanliness could have been better. We were pretty disappointed by the unkept promises : no airport shuttle, no bikes, supposed to be a private apartment for us 5, but a room was occupied by someone else, no laundry, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc And the staff was more trying to sell us overpriced tours than giving us what was supposed to be available
