Struttura pulitissima. Personale sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e viene voglia di tornarci.

Hotel facilities, kids Aqua club across the road and food
The beach had no Coral but was OK. Drinks were full if Syrup and too sweet

It was so big and clean
Just the taxi service people at the reception was very dodgy they triple charged us the second day we got there the first day we got there they gave us a price of 500 n second day they charged us 800 but after using the local taxi service we realised they charged us 500 extra for the service that should have been 300. 3rd day my husband went to the ATM on the reeception which is right next to the taxi desk while my husband was cashing out I saw both taxi men using their FaceTime cameras watching my husband when they saw that I seen them do this they turned their fones off. So we felt very uneasy at that time and very angry we did not tell the hotel staff because we didn’t know who we could trust at that time.

The water park is located on the other side of the hotel, and it's quite small

Place is very clean
And animation team is simply on another level of Pro.

Amazing gardens well kept.

The staff, especially at the reception, they were rude and they did not explain anything about our package or the place.

i have lost personal item inside the hotel . The hotel staff especially the security was very rude and was hesitant to help me find the item . They were trying fast to get rid of me and not to seek more information about my lost item . very rude and unprofessional

The compound is beautiful and kept well. Had a lot of fun at the Aqua Water park which is across the road, which is free. Reception was very helpful with a check in problem and even upgraded us to keep us happy. Costumer Service at its best.
I wish the bigger pool with the slides were heated water. My kids didn't like the small pool that was heated.

Easy to move around the resort on my mobility scooter. Fantastic accommodation in a swim up room. Wonderful staff, helpful, smiling and genuine.
Liked it all really. Good atmosphere in the bars & restaurants. Lovely gardens and beach area. Sea swimming not a plus point as shallow unless using the pier to go further out. Scuba diving brilliant though from diving schools around Sharm.

The property is well maintained on the outside. Beautiful surroundings. Nice Aqua facilities and pools.
Staff could be friendlier. Carts should be considered going to the beach. Long walks to the beach as the property is huge. Bathrooms could be slightly better and updated.

The aqua park is nice but too small. Swiming pools are good. The pictures are acurate. Rooms are big and spacious. Sea view is beutiful but not the dry beach. Staff are freindly. The kids den room is brilliant and with sea view. The kids room has a door and separate AC.
Food at the main restaurant is not good, not delisiouse. They reuse leftovers from previous nights. 2 of us got sick because of the food. Drinks are cheap.
The paid internet is not good, get a sim card. The aqua park is not located in the same resort, you have to get out and cross the street into the other hotel.
The sea is dry, no water or very low ( ankle high) for a long distance. No waves even in the dark waters.
