The owners were very friendly. The kitchen and dinning area were well appointed and spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable. There was a bedroom upstairs but we were asked to not use it. Those beds looked more comfortable.

As a family with 3 children this self contained cottage was exactly what we needed. The hosts are lovely people and there is a friendly dog which our children enjoyed as well as the farm animals! This was a great location to visit the sights in the Golden circle.

We had pleasant and relaxing stay. It was fun watching the farm animals. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were on a tight schedule. Maybe next time.

Gorgeous wooden cabin on a horse breeding farm. quiet, beautiful views, cosy. lovely owner, really enjoyed the horses and their dog.

amazing location, and in a beautiful area. the hosts are very welcoming and organised a ride for us which was an amazing experience and fully recommended! the house is very spacious with all amenities and would be perfect for a family. The hosts were kind enough to let us check out a few hours late due to the storm and got the tractor to dig out our car. will be returning here for sure 🙌🏽

faultless experience

We met very nice owners there, telling us much about the surroundings and their farm life. The house is very comfortable. Especially, the ground heating is great in this cold area. All was in best state. A lot of space for a family of 4. Many thanks for everything, especially for the great horse riding experience for our daughter. We even saw northern lights in one night which was a special highlight of our vacation.

The house is well-equipped and have enough space for a big group of friend to stay.

The bedrooms' rather low ceiling made them feel smaller than they should. The host is warm and polite at the reception, but no more interaction for us later on. Totally not her or their intention since we stayed rather short, but if we could meet more or they showing us around the farm that would be perfect. We made the walk around by ourselves but we found no-one try to socialize with us. The location is by no mean bad, just not up the expectation of someone only seen epic mountain of Iceland online like me. So be aware.

Lovely hosts who could not have been more friendly or helpful. Additional help was provided when bad weather hit our travel plans and it was also great to see the working stables and care of the horses at the farm. Effective underfloor heating and lovely views.

The location is in the middle of the large farm area at the countryside. Beautiful view and good location for those looking for the opportunity to view the aurora. Good place.
