Comfortable apartment, spacious and with all necessary kitchenary.

Cleaning conditions could have been better.

Comfortable and easy to get to. The check in was very easy as well, received a code and just got into our house. Even tho we weren't having any problems, staff came over to help if it was needed. At check out, we just closed the door and left. Staff came over to say goodbye including a very happy and friendly dog. Nice and warm house with two great sized rooms and living room and connected kitchen. We cooked dinner and breakfast and all was working as expected. The photos and description are accurate!

The window of one of the rooms let in the smallest draft of air. Iceland is VERY windy. This is a very small detail and it doesn't matter much due to the house being so warm, we actually had to turn off the heating 😅

The apartment is spacious considered we were group of 5 people. There was enough room for everyone to move around. The apartment was clean and warm too. The little entrance hall is handy to leave wet shoes and hang wet jackets so that the apartment is always clean. Handy to have a washing machine inside the apartment.

The location is a bit hard to find as you have to turn into a gravel road then drive a bit which could be a bit confusing when arriving after dark. Cooking utensils unfortunately were all in the main building instead of inside the apartment but it was not bad.

Das Apartment liegt gut erreichbar nicht weit von der Ringstraße, aber in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Es war warm und gemütlich. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, ein sauberes Bad und einen schönen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kochgelegenheit. Es war alles an Ausstattung da, was man brauchte. Es gibt einen Hotpot für alle Gäste, den wir an einem Abend genutzt haben und der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns noch gute Ausflugs-Tipps und außerdem noch zwei Adressen in der Nähe, um einen Ausritt auf Islandpferden zu machen, was dann auch spontan noch am selben Tag geklappt hat. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke, Ragnhildur !

The cottage is located 20 minutes from Selfoss and is in the countryside in a quiet location. It has a hotpot for the guests, which is really nice after a hard day walking.

Couldn't fault this place, stayed in the 2 bed apartment & it was really big. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, even an egg slicer! Could park right next to the apartment. Very quiet location with lovely views. Shower was great and beds really comfy. Could have stayed longer. They even provided slip on shoes to wear inside. Staff very helpful.
