Incredible view of halls gap with quality facilities, the wild life that surrounded the property was fantastic. Walking distance to the main strip. Exceeded our expectations

I would have liked opening a window at night - windows (double glazed) are sealed for air con and heat control.

fresh bread was nice we both don't drink coffee or tea. The best part was the location with plently of animals for me to take many photos.

The only thing we didn't like was that we were in lockdown and couldn't eat out at any Restaurants also never left the house to explore the waterfalls

Loved this property. Easy to find, beautiful furnishings, luxurious robes, comfy bed. After taking in the local bush walks around Halls Gap, nothing like a glass of wine in the spa in the late afternoon. Then a short amble to lovely dining spots and home to the log fire. Than in the morning, to wake up to kangaroos, emus and even deer ambling pass your window. Bliss. We shall definitely return.

I didn't like the fact that the check in time is set at 3pm, its VERY late especially if you are spending one day... it feels pointless and a waste of money. I emailed prior to our stay asking if we could get earlier check in and no one responded. I didn't like that even though arriving at 3pm, the cleaner was confused that there was even a booking and was still cleaning a messy villa and was not ready. The cleaner was not ready until 5pm for us to check in!!!! When calling the owners, the owner kept acting like she had no idea why this happened, acting very oblivious to the situation and would not provide me with a resolution and was quite rude to myself and my partner pretty much talking about her profit, rather than being empathetic and even apologising for the whole situation. Obviously, this is an issue with management (who else!), but it was like she had no idea and leaving us unsure of what to do even though its her responsibility! very disappointed. Also in the email it says we would receive fresh bread and I had planned for this (not organising my own, since it was stated in the email) however the next morning we were unable to have breaks because there was no bread as was promised!

Everything. From the location to the facilities to the layout of the home. To the hosting. Everything was wonderful.
