Nothing nobody even let me in because there was no one at the front desk so I found another place to live.

I did not like that they did not pick up the phone, give me money back for the night stay and that I literally was not able to sleep there.

The location is excellent, the staff are helpful. It's very convenient to travel around using public transport. The cafe, along with other shoppings and entertainment hubs offer a variety of choices.

The lodging facilities are just basic, plus the party scene around being so hustling and bustling.

Your manager accused me of smoking in the room. I have never smoked but I could smell it from other rooms. The window didn't open - I dislike air conditioiing so fresh air is important for me. The bathrooom floor was always wet, which is a slip hazard. There was NO hot water; and I'm talking about a shower at 4pm (not 7.30am). The men smoking out the front, on the street, and to walk throuugh a concrete car park to Reception is very disconcerting for a solo woman. The language from the men at the front door was quite confronting. The amount of weed being smoked was noticeable. I don't have any issue with people smoking weed but it's scary when it's a group of men and the language is really vulgar.

Staff are always helpful and responsive.

Having no aerial connected to the TV was a bummer 😞 as we had to spend a lot of time indoors.not happy
