everything was great! clean and comfortable rooms, the mattress was soo comfy! Lively staff who organised lots of transfers for us. Quite during the night.

The pictures are completely different from the truth, and the reality is that the rooms are very small and there is no refrigerator in them unless one is requested. The pictures show that the hotel overlooks rice farms, but the truth is that the rice farms are about 15 minutes away by car, and they do not allow you to request a taxi except from the hotel taxi at double prices, and in the room it was The air conditioner is out of order and it was fixed at 8:10 pm. I was not happy with this hotel

The hotel was very good with friendly staff and restaurants and grocery shops nearby. They provided us with free transportation to the center and picked us back as well.

It is a bit far from the monkey forest and they can add more things on the menu at the restaurant.

Gorgoeus hotel, modern amenities. Comfy room, good AC, lovely pool and restaurant area. Option to have room cleaned every day. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Option to rent car/bike from hotel and also book tours. Some shops/restaurants around hotel.

Location was about 30 mins walk from main streets of Ubud but there were shops and restaurants around and you could rent a bike, not an issue just to be aware. Also the shower, water heater and sink all had a leak which was attracting ants to the room.

Pictures were older unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t that modern any more and also the pool area wasn‘t as nice as we assumed. Otherwise the hotel was ok but don‘t be fooled by this.

The team and reception was very nice.

Room was very small and no mini-bar inside of room. Restroom was a bit smelly - maybe typical on Bali because of high humidity.

We had a really pleasant stay at Puri Padma hotel! Beds are comfy, rooms are quiet at night, there is nice pool and terrace, you can rent a bike, eat at the restaurant. Ubud centre is only 5 min drive away (if there’s no traffic).

The rooms are bit small and very dark. We were lucky to get the last room at the hallway so we could keep our blinds open, because that’s where your window is, to the hallway. I don’t think we would have had such a nice stay if we would have got a different room.

Amazing staff and nice rooms. The hotel is a bit outside of Ubud in a nice area. You can walk into town although the walk is a bit stressful with all the traffic.

The street to walk into the town is very busy so it’s not that easy to get to all the activities

This is. budget hotel . Perfect for you to stay at when you want to just have a place to crash after a day of activities in Ubud. The gardens, the terrace were beautiful and it is a beautiful budget designed hotel. The staff were really nice and always very helpful and polite.

There were many things that we noticed could be improved, and then again this is a budget type of hotel. Here are some of the things we noticed could be improved: - The lighting of the room was poor. - The bathroom sink didn’t have a bench top, so no space to store or put your toiletries next to the sink - No toilet paper replacement was never added when the room was made. We had to ask for it all the time. - When we arrived no one helped us with the bags. - The car parking area had a pile of rubbish that was never picked up during the 3 nights we stayed there
