Wonderful apartment located half way up the strip. Balconies in both directions over the Med and the Mar Menor. The latter gives you a stunning sunset. Always a choice of sun and shade, always a choice of wind or calm. Peaceful and quiet and a great place to chill!

It was very clean with elevators in working order.
Good view from 3rd floor.
The area was so clean.
Mar Menor beach at back door.
Mediterrean beach across the road.
Bus stop to Cartagena outside the gate.
Very few choices for restaurants, but it may be early in the season (May).

Apartment has views on both sides and therefor both seas, which gives you perfect balconies for both sunrise and sunset. The apartment is simple (but fits the price you pay), clean and in a good location.
Came at the end of winter and the apartment was very cold on arrival. There were heaters available which took a while to heat up the place. Would prefer to pay by card instead of cash.

Manuel the manager was very helpful
The bungalow didnt have the basics ~ no toaster, hairdryer iron and enough hangers for 4 people. But Manuel rectified this after a couple of texts. The sitting area inside didnt have enough lighting or cushions on the settee to make it comfortable in the evening ~ the sun was at the rear so we had to eat indoors mostly and it is quite dingy. That said ~ for the price it wasnt bad.

Location is extremely recommended. Right on the coast of Mar Menor
Host is very responsive on requests and tries to do his best.
Looks like last few years there were no investments to interior. Furniture is quite old and dirty. There are all required things on the kitchen however everything is not very clean and we had to wash items again.
We lived on second floor but at night we realized that army of ants marching around rare bread crumbs on the floor :(
Also gas heater works about 3-5 minutes and then stops working until cooled (another 2-3 minutes).

Location, apartment, everything really, beaches, walking, restaurants.
Was not informed from Ciro at 'Booking.com' about the noisiness concerning the restoration work, making it extremely difficult to relax on the lagoon beach!!
Four weeks of restoration and not once informed!
Not given the phone number from Ciro either, so when we did arrive, we couldn't contact anyone for the keys etc!!!
