La amabilidad y la excelente atención recibida es, sin duda, el valor más importante para mí y el mejor recuerdo que guardaré de esta estancia; pero también deseo destacar la comodidad y el magnífico estado del alojamiento, la buena ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación, el confort de la cama, la climatización de la habitación, la higiene en los baños, la tranquilidad, la excelente relación calidad-precio y la comunicación en un perfecto inglés que ofrece la anfitriona. Un alojamiento 100% recomendable al que, sin duda, deseo regresar.

I have nothing negative to say. Guest House Diel exceeded my expectations, by far The host was very friendly and more than accommodating. I loved my stay here and in the city of Veliko Tarnovo in general. Do yourself a favor and stay here, it is nice and quiet and although it might not have the atmosphere of a hostel, it offers a welcome respite from that hostel vibe. I hope to return here one day.

The host is amazing, helpful and super friendly. I love her excellent English ❤️ We took the apartment, huge and clean, with all the facilities. The beds are very confortable, is quiet, we slept very well. The terrace is also nice. We did a 15 mins walk to Old Town. We had free parking, safe, in front of the house. We'll come back here!

Obiekt położony w sumie nie w centrum, ale bardzo blisko, dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie a do wszystkich atrakcji można dojść na pieszo. Auto parkowałam w bramie, ale można na ulicy wzdłuż obiektu, jeśli są miejsca ,bo tam parking jest darmowy. Pokój duży, czysty. Na dole duża, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i jadalnia a także miejsce do zjedzenia posiłku na zewnątrz. Pani Gospodyni przemiła, pomocna, powiedziała gdzie można zjeść i co warto zobaczyć, dzięki czemu nie przegapiłyśmy spektaklu światło i dźwięk na twierdzy Carewo. Zawsze chętna do pomocy, do rozmowy i opowieści o Bułgarii. Bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt i jeśli jeszcze kiedyś odwiedzimy Wielkie Tarnowo to będziemy spać tylko tu!

Много добре изкарах, мястото е на тиха улица и на близо до главната улица на града. Домакините ме посрещнаха добре и бяха много любезни. Пак ще отседна ако ходя на там.

Diel is definitely a super host! She was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. She gave me very good tips on what to do and provided local insights on what to see in Veliko Tarnovo. She helped me sort out my bus ticket to my next destination and was always there to assist. The room is clean and has very good AC, which is definitely a must!! Clean towels and toiletries are provided, and the mini fridge in the room was a bonus. The guest house is a 10-minute walk to the main street of the town, and there is a very nice restaurant around the corner from the guest house that serves great food.
