You have to take rather steep narrow stairs to get to the elevator. Not a problem at all for us, just something to keep in mind. On the other hand, if you can not handle stairs and inclines you should not visit Lausanne 😀

A very clean and spacious studio in the center of Lausanne, right next to Ripponne station. Easy to get to, close to many restaurants and coffee places. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, we could even store our suitcases with them after checkout. Really recommended. The only minor inconvenience is the staircase leading up to the elevator but this was honestly told to us in advance and we got along just fine with leaving the baby stroller neatly folded at the bottom of the stairs.

First of all it was IIda who created the first positive impression as we arrived. She was welcoming and very warm. she allowed us to check in early. She ensured that our stay was flawless. WiFi was down but she ensured that WiFi person comes and corrects it. She herself was able to fix it. She was very flexible and a truly hospitable person. The location was outstanding and very close to Ripon Metro station and all attractions in the Luassane town. The room was very spacious fitted with all required amenities. We will surely stay with IIda on our next visit.

The space was really nice for a family of 3 adults and 1 toddler. It is cosy and the kitchen is well equipped that allowed us to cook a few meals during our stay! Location is central that allowed us to shop on the streets below and is just 3 min walk to the train station and the Sat market! The host was very friendly and helpful and extremely responsive to our queries before and during the stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay Thank you very much!

The steep staircases to level 4 were little scary for the old folk and the young toddler, and of course our suitcases. Thank god for the small lift after a long flight of stairs from level 1. But we cant complain as it is the infrastructure of the building. Having an additional fan would be really nice for a group of 4 people during summer.

Amazing location, spacious, and comfortable

Very central location, just steps from the main tourist square and musuems. The road in front is only accessible to cars part of the day, but there is a (not cheap, but good) car park 2 minutes walk away. Arrival was well arranged, with clear and accurate instructions. Some reviews have mentioned the stairs to reach the elevator, but they are only likely to be an issue for people with mobility constraints. For most people they would just be a minor inconvenience. The apartments are well laid out and everything functioned properly. Overall it was a good stay.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't function properly, so needs a service. As others have noted, the street outside is very busy, and if you leave the windows open you'll hear the 5am trash pickup, early deliveries, and occasional late night drunks. But things like that were only occasional, and a trade-off for the location, so unless you're a very light sleeper shouldn't be too much of a concern.

The apartment is in the centre, very clean and comfortable. Sightseeing by foot is possible. Code key very convenient and good information from the management about the parking nearby.

Because the apartment is on the centre, it is not for the light sleepers as the square near the apartment is very popular with partying youth till early morning hours. Also, there were quite a few drug dealers and overall not very pleasant at night. Tea and coffee capsules would have been a nice gesture.
