Receptionistin sehr unfreundlich , spricht weder deutsch noch englisch alles auf französisch , preise erheblich teurer im Restaurant als in anderen.

It was alright, good location and fine for one night.

We had to wait for some time in the reception because nobody was there, which was frustrating.

The treatment of the staff is bad. We had to wait half an hour for someone to serve us. It was 36° and it had a small fan that did not ventilate. The building facilities are bad and the carpets look dirty. The worst of all was the treatment of the reception staff.

Hotel room was too hot so we changed to another hotel in the middle of the night. Too Noisy. No conditioner. Don’t make this mistake and book another hotel, this one is a disaster.

The bed is so comfortable.

The elevator was a bit annoying, especially for people who are travelling in big luggage.

Location of the hotel, very convenient! It's across the metro!

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. It was around 4pm. We had to wait for a long time. The staff of the restaurant was also the staff of the hotel. So, when we arrived, they said they are still eating and we need to wait until they are done. I find this odd. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring an earplug as it could get noisy in the evening because the street is just beside the hotel.

easy location . but on a roundabout. hard to access as was very busy and stressful. once parked . good.

wrong coffee pods for machine. annoying as 5 Swiss francs for a cup. couldn’t use euros.

The room was hot, and not cooling down. The airco only blew wind but did not cool the air. The sound of the busy road outside didn't help. The shower tap is a hazard. The shower is small and accidentally touching it or opening the shower door against it can spray extremely hot or cold water on you. A large box in the hallway was a tripping hazard and took them 4 days to remove. A cheap coca cola fridge had a light that could not be turned off and made a lot of sound. So we had to unplug it at night.

Very central location, direct access to the metro. Room was okay for a one-nighter.

Hotel needs some refreshing works. But I guess this is what you get with such budget in Switzerland.

the floor of the bedroom has to be redone, there was a slight smell of smoke, you could hear conversations outside the room (and everything happening at the lobby). Cleanliness needs to be improved.

The location was ideal.

The room didnt have a kettle, cups, tea or coffee. It would be perfect to have that, considering the weather.
