Very friendly staff, there were small things here and then but fully corresponding to the price level. The location is great!

There is a construction running next door so for somebody who would spend the day in the room it could be noisy.

The location is perfect, all the main attractions are nearby. One of the best Turkish bath in Istanbul is within a walking distance. The staff is very helpful.

The breakfast was good but is in the basement (no window) and the food quality is not amazing.

Spent time in two rooms. First was a large room on the first floor. It had no windows and a bad airco. The second was a lot smaller on the third floor. With two windows and a good airco.

Breakfast was really Turkish. Little choice in bread. Didn't really like the drinks. Very friendly staff.

The room was very disappointing. It was pitched as "superior" on Booking.com, but it was shabby, cramped and pokey. Breakfast was plentiful, but poor and served in a cramped room.

You could hear almost everything from the nextdoor room Breakfast could be improved, but this is also according to taste, we didn't resonate with local Turkish style options

i don’t think they gave us the room we booked. we made a reservation for 4 people but they gave us a room with a double bed, a single bed and a couch. in the photos, i see that the family rooms are a lot bigger. we didn’t even have where to put our luggages!! we couldn’t open the wardrobe because the suitcases where in front of it since there wasn’t any more room for them, and we kept them on the floor. it was difficult to get in/out of the room also. i didn’t like the breakfast very much.

It is located in the centre, very close and easily accessible to a good number of landmarks. The use of the tram and metro were very easy. The staff were all very helpful and explained to us all that we needed to know. Highly recommended.

The mattress of the beds were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise can't complain.

It was mild cold outside but rooms were hot.we went in end of October imagine if we go there in july August. They should improve their air-conditioning.

Our stay was even better than expected! The location is right in the centre, just a minute walk to many sights. Everything you need is included, no complaints. Also staff was very kind and willing to help us planning activities. We enjoyed it!

I have stayed in many hotels in Istanbul but nothing can beat Edibe Sultan. It is a really beautiful hotel situated in a wonderful location in Sultan Ahmet. It would take us just 2 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and the best thing is the tram station is so near. My kids also love the hotel and they want to go there everytime we go to Istanbul. All amazing restos are just one minute walk and Mcdo and Burger king is very close which was a very good thing for my kids Edibe sultan has a very nice professional team who is very friendly and ready to help anytime. Hygiene is the cornerstone of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are at top level, the ladies who clean the room are awesome especially Asiye and the others as well. The reception guys are very welcoming and helpful. If you want a perfect stay, i would highly recommend the hotel. Without forgetting the amazing variety of food they offer for breakfast. Thanks so much for the wonderful service and i would give you a 10/10 rating ! The guys even helped us to put our luggage in taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.
