Staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and tucked around the quiet end of the beach. Brakfast was delicious and consisted of a number of options.

All of the staff were unbelievably helpful. Whatever you needed, all you had to do was ask and the staff would make it happen. The location is perfect, right at the end of a beach, with this natural pool (my wife called it a jacuzzi) built in by the reef. The included breakfast was delicious, as was all the food we tried there. We ate every meal there during our 2 day stay.
The rooms are kind of dark and gloomy. It would help a lot if they replaced the solid wooden door to the balcony by a glass door that let light in. The bathrooms need some focused attention to modernize and make more comfortable.

The hotel is beach front and rooms are nice, but every night there are parties in the locals near by. The music is so loud that you cannot even stay in the room. We asked to have another room because it was impossible to stay inside. The manager gave us another room, definitively a lower category of what we booked. He was unfriendly and unprofessional. It was already late and was no possibile to look for another hotel. He took advantage of the situation not giving a damn of us and being only worry being paid.
We paid the same price for a moldy room. If you are young and you want a room where to leave your stuff, this hotel is perfect. If you want to enjoy your time in Mirissa, there are other options for the same budget, better facilities and especially better staff.

There is a reef ab 40m outside the Surf Sea Breeze beach. This reef works as a breakwater for the swell and forms a 70m nice swimming area with calm water inside the reef. The food was excellent.

Great proximity to Mirissa beach, staff very friendly gave us kiribath (milk rice) on new years day, nice bar area, has a mosquito net and air conditioning. We would visit again.

Great location of the hotel (right at the beachside), but moved away from all the noisy places. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from the balcony, with an occasional visit from the monkeys. Definitely worth the visit.
Next door hotels are a little loud after midnight and hard to sleep

The manager is really helpful and treated us very well. It’s right on the beach too and if your into surfing you’re in the right place, there’s a break right opposite the restaurant

- rooms simple and functional, but nice (including fridge)
- friendly staff/owner
- good wifi
- credit card payment possible
- „seaview room“ didn‘t actually have a seaview due to the vegetation
- no safe in the room; needed to climb some furniture to turn on the AC
- bathroom a bit damp and had open window slides without mosquito nets
- some nights can be noisy because of the neighboring bars
- you need to notify when you return after 11pm and a security guard is supposed to open the gate, but when we came home at night nobody opened (we could access by the beach, but no security was seen)

The first thing is the location is amazing the room view is amazing and the comfort of the bead and sheets are really really nice.
Nobody comes to clean the room or to give you new towels, to give you toilet paper but as soon as you ask you get everything what you need but you need to ask even for a broom to clean the sand from the room .I didn’t have a problem with asking so it was perfect in my opinion
