I had about 18 hours between flights and this was a perfect choice for a one night stay. It was very nice to walk along the boardwalks and cobble beaches for a few hours the next day and it wasn’t too far from the airport. The hotel people were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The building is rather old and odd, but it gives the place interesting character.
The shower has little pressure and only gets kind of warm, but it doesn’t really get cold in Lima so it was certainly tolerable and got me clean.

Renato met us at the door and was so welcoming. He made our yummy breakfast and made sure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and quiet. The hotel was next to the beach and there was loads of restaurants to choose from. We felt very safe walking.
The only thing we found that isn’t the hotel’s fault, is booking the car through Booking.com, the address given to the driver was wrong. Just a few doors down.

Renato greeted us with an huge smile and was so helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and safe. You have the beaches and many great restaurants to choose from and La Punta is very clean. Renato and the rest of the staff are the best. Would highly recommend.

The hotel staff and owner took great care of us on our stay and when the owner heard that we were renting a taxi to go out she immediately insisted on driving us herself in her private vehicle. Our lock malfunctioned and the gentleman working there got it fixed immediately as well as this caused us to be late for the complementary breakfast the chef stayed to cook just for us. All of this including that they stayed up to check us in and make sure we were comfortable at a 3:00 a.m. arrival time. Great people we cznt say enough about in a nice boardwalk like location that was safe and has a great location almost on the beach. We would definitely stay therr again....

Breakfast is adequate but small. Eggs and bread only. Room is fine. WiFi good. La Punta is an interesting neighborhood worth visiting.
They charge in dollars (cash only) and then offer a truly terrible rate when paying in soles.
Since it is an old building it is very very noisy. You are dependent on fellow guests being respectful in order to get a decent sleep. Expect a lot of noise from 07.00 due to the breakfast service (which is understandable) until after midnight as guests move around without disregard for others (much less acceptable).

The breakfast was generous and fresh with warm breads and just made smoothies. The hosts were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming, even though with some we encountered a language barrier, they were so willing to understand you correctly. :)
The room doesn't have a view but with this price range and for a short stay it was completely fine!

Our stay was very good, the staff was super nice and welcoming. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport, which was super helpful. In addition, the place was also very clean.
The geographical location of the villa is not great if you want to explore Lima. Indeed, La Punta (the district where it is located) is safe, however everything around it is dangerous. Thus, it is recommended to take a taxi of about 15 min to get to Miraflores (more touristic area), which is not very convenient especially in the evening.

beautiful quiet street. Nice park and restaurants near by. Clean large rooms and comfortable bed.
English speaking is very limited. So need to make sure you understand each other. House echoes so you can hear loud noises if your neighbors are laughing talking. fortunately for us, these stopped by 9:30pm so we can sleep to get up at 3am. Also, cold water for shower.

I really liked the staff, they were very friendly and caring. I felt welcomed and we even became friends. I would definitely recommend, it is located in the safe area as well.
The only thing was that it was a bit cold during the night and there are no hot water in the shower.

Great neighborhood. Very cute old building with neat high ceilinged rooms. Friendly staff, good but smallish breakfast (not uncommon but not enough for my teenagers).

The room was spacious and well decorated with a perfect sized bathroom . The front outdoor deck area was wonderful to meet other quests, enjoy a glass of wine or read quietly at your discretion. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were cleaned and spruced up each day . Most impressive was Luisa and her staff Marixa and Renato. From their gracious hospitality to feeling like I was at home with friends and family I could not have asked for better accommodations. Highly recommended !

The owner was very accommodating. She helped us find rapid Covid Tests, arranged a taxi for us at a good price to the airport, and offered a reduction in price as we left at midnight on the 2nd night. The late 19th century home was her childhood home and you could tell that she really loves the place. Cool high ceilings, wood floors, transepts over the doors and panels in the doors and windows allow for great flow through air circulation.
There was nothing I could see to improve upon, unless the owner decides to add a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but that is not really necessary. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.
