The location is superb

The faculties are now getting old, like there are some rusts in the bathroom and I believe the management could do better .

Apart from the fact that having contacted the hotel the night before travel indicating our flight arrived at 2am; therefore we would like to access the room earlier; after being denied said access to a room we are paying for, the night manager, Anthony promptly ushered us away from the lounge area, as we wouldn't be a good sight sleeping on the sofas for other client's coming to check-in. No welcome service of any kind up until check-in hours. I had to ask if I could purchase some water since, they don't have any available until we check-in, just to take my medication. We were treated like second-class members of society who wandered in from the dust and couldn't afford a cup of coffee (the morning after); I spent less than 6h in the hotel and promptly checked out after such disgusting treatment from our own people. So in short, nothing else really.

the location was perfect and some of the staffs are exceptional especially those at the equator bar , the breakfast hall and a couple of the receptionist

Their approach to their customers that came in earlier than the check in time .. I was made to pay $180 just for about 5 or 6 hours to my check in time , instead of welcoming me and at least putting me in a comfort zone for my room to be ready …it’s annoying , The bathroom tubs and the toilet at the diplomatic suites are uncomfortable , Please they should do something about it .. it’s too small for comfort

Spa showers not well maintained,Saw a cat eating buffet serving spoons,there are lot of cats around the other one was looking for food at their pizza work top.We called the waiter and it was chased away and he removed the serving spoons.The chef was at the back and the next thing he started preparing a dough on the same work top.
