the main door lock was in a damaged condition. Needs to be repaired. although we faced no problems yet it is necessary to feel safe

All the likings gone in vain when discovered that the property people intentionally charged twice, by repeatedly lying.

My family checked-in at the property on 19-03-2023 for 2 nights. They had the booking for two rooms. I did an UPI payment on behalf of my family, which showed successful in the app. The money too got debited from my account. The UPI service provider PhonePe confirmed that money has been credited to the merchant's account. But the receptionist kept on lying repeatedly that the transaction failed and asked my wife to do the payment again. She used her card on the same machine but the transaction failed. Then another machine was used where the transaction was successful. The receptionist told me that as my transaction failed, the money will come back in 1-2 days. The receptionist gave two failed transaction receipts having the same transaction number, which even didn't match with my transaction number. Then the Asst Manager Mr.Sudhir when contacted, didn't give any positive response .He kept on dragging the issues for days saying that the money will be credited in 7 days, then 10 days, so on and so forth . It's 11th day now and I haven't received the refund yet. I'm still following up with both the property and PhonePe. Such properties, in my opinion, should be blacklisted from booking sites, where the customers are being mentally harassed.

all fixtures and fittings very dated, wiring looks dodgy. Air con and fan very noisy, kept me awake at night.

Location and dining

Poor room maintenance. We were allotted room 258 but realised that the pipe below the washbasin was missing. We had to pack up again to change to Room 260. They should have checked it before issuing the room for us. No tea kettle in the room.

Up keep is below par. For the price it could be much better. Toiletteries were not up to the mark. Toilet was very clean Hot water availability was good though. But facility below par for the price.

The location is great!

Even for the basic facilities one has to ask each time. Given the price, the services/facilities are not upto the mark.

Had a comfortable stay

Needs maintenance ,more active house keeping required..... it was not upto Mark . And the dining services also needs a bit more attention although they prepare good food.service is very slow

The room quality wasn't as great as expected and not worth the money.

Supportive staff. Clean rooms. Close to CP.

AC was a bit noisy. Disturbed sleep a bit.
