Close to everything. Very warm & cosy. Comfortable beds

The apartment was absolutely excellent. comfortable, cozy, comfortable beds, excellent shower water pressure, well equipped, very clean, all around perfect. location was wonderful. just a few blocks and shopping, restaurants, and attractions were easily within a walkable area. perfect location to explore the city and reach the bus stops. The owners of the apartment were very accommodating and friendly. Lovely people. I highly recommend this property. it certainly met our every need!! Quiet neighborhood at night. As an added bonus, we had the best view of the Northern Lights right from the front yard. We did a planned tour for the lights, but what we saw from the front of the apartment was beyond any expectations. Of course, that was luck, but it certainly was an amazing experience. All around, this apartment was perfect. This is my 3rd trip Iceland and by far, the best accommodations I’ve had. 100%, recommended. We even had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit provided by the owners.

Only one very minor complaint. A black-out curtain would be nice in the room with the double bed.

The location was fantastic, near to the centre of Reykjavik, but in a very quiet street. The property was comfortable and very clean.

immaculately clean cosy apartment right in the centre of Reykjavik. the most lovely hosts, with the most loveliest welcome ☺️ feels just like home we were so sad to leave, parking right outside which is very cheap, we downloaded the app so we could check in and out easily when we were parked there. there is a supermarket very close by and the apartment has everything you need. can’t recommend this place enough! it’s very private and quiet but also you only need walk to the end of the street to be in the centre, everything is only a 15 minute walk away at most

,the kitchen was not equipped well, for example: there was a coffee machine but not coffee that fit the machine the mattress and pillows at the small room are not comfort, very soft....

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We asked about the nearest grocery store, and they walked us there. The location is fantastic! Right near the center of town!

Location is perfect for central city. Owners live in another appt in same building. Grocery and restaurants just a few blocks away. The only noise was wind and birdsong, no traffic.. Small garden to sit out in.

note that property is in Reykjaviks parking restriction zone and you will need to access the local parking system to pay about 600kr/day.

Very clean comfortable apartment; excellent location- 5 minutes from main shopping and eating street and Hallsgrimkirche. Excellent beds: so comfy and quiet. Friendly and helpful hosts. Parking outside, small charge- not guaranteed but plenty more nearby: only had to park elsewhere once for a short time before could get to the front of property.

The location of the apartment was just around the corner from the shops and restaurants of central Reykjavík, but was still quiet at night. The hosts kindly provided fruit, chocolates and wine on arrival which were much appreciated. Whilst fairly expensive compared to some other places we’ve stayed, in the context of Reykjavík (which is very expensive) it was probably quite good value.

The only very minor issue was the washing machine didn’t spin very well so our washing took a long time to dry.
