Room comfortable. The place is quiet so it’s good to rest if you looking that.

No staff welcome at reception. Self check-in in my experience. Little difficulty to get in touch with them by app (no one answered my messages and I hd to contact booking customer support after waiting almost 45min at the reception). Breakfast very poor: the person who contacted me by phone said to feel free to rake anything from kitchen in the morning for breakfast once no one again will be there to help and serve the breakfast. Again, self service with breakfast but little hard to find something to eat there (I had to take a simple bread and sour cream from fridge to serve my self for breakfast only)

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit

Leider war die Dusche nicht sauber und auf dem Boden waren alte Haare verteilt. Zudem wurde uns vormittags noch angeboten im Hotel zu Abend zu essen. Bei Ankunft hieß es dann, dass gar kein Abendessen mehr angeboten wird. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist ca 15 Autominuten entfernt, schließt allerdings auch um 21 Uhr.

The breakfast was great! The staff was kind and smiling and the location is very good because we were travalling all the way to Þistilfjörður. Thank you so much, we will be back :)

Perfect location between Húsavík and Ásbyrgi - Great place to start the day when you are planning on exploring Jökulsárgljúfur. I was there in June, and the sound of nature outside the window was amazing, hearing all the birds and the wind and no people. Great.

Nice, clean and roomy. Also property manager Jose was exceptional. Breakfast in the morning and everyone was friendly. Love this place hidden gem. I would stay there again and again.

In general the hotel is nice and well located if you travel by car. It's close to the road and to some attractions in the North of Iceland. The room was clean with nice view and there was a lovely terrace.

We got room No 13 that didn't have a door in the bathroom, this is rather weird and improper... We arrived late in the evening and our reservation was already paid, so we didn't have many option to change the accommodation, considering that there are no so many hotels in that area. When we reached the reception personnel we were informed that they are not aware of this issue, but it's ridiculous, how can it happen that no one knows that there is no door? Someone cleaned the room before our arrival and of course noticed it, door is not a towel or a glass. For sure it might happen that the door was damaged since it is made of glass, but guests should be informed about it in order to make a decision if we still want to stay in such conditions. Moreover there is a mirror in front of the bathroom, so when there is no door, do you want it or no, you will see the person in the bathroom. We are friends, so it was not a plan to observe each other in the toilet. We were offered free breakfast, that was fine, but if we knew that we will have to stay in such conditions, we will not book this hotel of course.

Everything was fine. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, modern and fully equiped. Breakfast was not lavish with quality or variety but it was good enough. Good sleeping material. Plenty of parking. Quiet surroundings.
