Lovely clean room. Very friendly staff

the position is excellent for hospital appointments when the parking at hospital is a nightmare . lovely food located across a quiet road . I had to change the dates of my stay at the last minute due to appointments changing and the manager was very helpful and only to happy to help

parking is not designated to your room so we were unable to have the car right at our door . I have had recent surgery on my shoulder and was travelling with my elderly mother so having to cart luggage was a bit of a pain

Check-in was easy and friendly. In a great location for visits to the hospital. Rooms were good size with comfy bed.

Is pretty noisy. Can't do much about traffic I suppose but people talking outside late at night wasn't the best.

Location- good and bad! Good in that it is very close to the tennis centre (the reason for our visit), bad in the sense that we did not realise how busy and noisy James St is. Unfortunately we were given a room right next to the road. However, we usually travel with ear-plugs and sleeping pills so managed a good nights sleep.

The room, while clean and functional, was very dated and in need of refurbishing (cracked washbasin).

Last minute booking due to convenience of location to Toowoomba hospital. They were able to accommodate last minute booking and further extension requests the following day. Rooms are kept very clean and staff were very welcoming.

While there is a microwave and fridge there is unfortunately no cutlery other than spoons for coffee. Remember to get cutlery for whatever you plan to eat :-)

no foxtell advertised as having cable channels and didn’t. I wouldn’t have stayed in a motor inn without it with 4 children for the weekend. once I paid I couldn’t get refunded

The staff were amazing, the room was comfortable, clean and well stocked.

Rooms a little dated with dagy furniture. But clean and comfortable.
