The location is perfect for being in Lisbon Centre close to all the sights a walk away from the just about everything if you like walking. Room is comfortable with a bedroom and comfortable sleeper couch, amazing hot shower and bathroom amenities you need, blow dryer and clean towels daily. Nice bedding and cleaning of room daily. Small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates etc and a small fridge and microwave. Also have a nice small hand held steam iron and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Two tv’s with nice international channels one in bedroom and one for the space with the sleeper couch. Really nice layout for a small family or small group of friends. It was perfect for us as you spend most of the day outside sight seeing and just need a nice space to come back to to relax.

No much that we did not like and any issues we had was resolved by the staff who are very helpful. A special shout out to Nikolas for his assistance with room change as there was a smell in the room and hotel transfer to airport. He was very attentive and helpful as was all the other staff.

You're paying for the location. Don't expect much in terms of amenities.

The cleaning products leave an crazy intense smell. It chilled out after 24 hours, but the smell was so strong our first night that it was almost difficult to sleep. The room had a hot water kettle, but they only provide enough coffee and tea packets for one day (we stayed 3), and you have to pay for additional. You also have to pay for coffee in the lobby. For the sticker price of this place, you should at least be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Guess that's the trade off for a central location.

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, the metro, and tourist attractions. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast was good but the room in which it was served was much too small. It made the meal uncomfortable because so many people were crowded into the space making it difficult to move around and serve yourself.

Close to the Baixa-Chiado Metro station making it easy to visit those areas and to access transportation to Belem and elsewhere.

It was a relatively small room which we knew when we booked.

Great location- close to a bus stop and near many attractions. Breakfast offered for 15 euros-it wasn't bad. Lots to offer. The staff were sort of helpful in helping us get around in a wheelchair but they also spoke with train staff to get us to the right people. The hotel does have a lift. That was very helpful.

No ramp for a wheelchair into the hotel. It had a small step. Not good for someone unable to walk at all.

The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The location was fabulous. Five minutes to Placa do Comercio at the water, less than a block to the Baixo/Chiado Metro, and less than five minutes to the Santa Justa Elevator and hundreds of restaurants and cafes. The morning breakfast was very good and had an abundant amount of both hot and cold foods displayed in an appealing manner. The hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend staying at the 7 Hotel if you want to experience all that Lisbon has to offer, right outside your doorstep.
