The amazing staff, the location and of course how comfortable the stay was overall. It’s always amazing coming back to a clean and tidy room and the staff are always very attentive and warm.
Just wished that the pool area was a bit larger and have more room for more sun beds. But it’s ok when not a lot of people are using the pool.

The hotel room was immaculate! Loved the bed, loved the service, loved the location. It was central, 10 minutes walk to Ubud Art Market, surrounded by tasty restaurants. Definitely worth it!

We didn't like the pool because all guests can watch the pool through the glass front.
The pictures of the hotel are nicer than the real.

I liked the location and the everyone was super nice! Delicious breakfast, I liked that you had different things everyday.
Could be a bit cleaner, cleaning staff came super late, when we were already in the room for a break (4PM).

The personal touch added by the manager - he always greeted us by our names and made our stay so special. The staff was so amazing and kind and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel was everything as advertised but it was the service that made it stand out and exceeded expectations!

such a slow construction during my 1 week stay the work what they have done other countries would do within 5hrs!!!!! horrible slow 2 workers painting like children and that’s why pool is closed….
