We loved the location. We typically like to stay on the boarder of cities and this was perfect. Walking distance to all main attractions with amazing local restaurants surrounding it. Also really loved the proximity to the main train station. Host is very easy to talk to and great to work with!

The only minor trouble we had was with the washing machine…could have been user error though (haha)

Even confirmation letter shows check-in time is 1:00pm we still need to wait until 3pm since they didn’t start to clean our room. Need to climb up since the apartment has no lift. We can hear people talking and laughing downstairs outside at midnight. The sofa bed is really really really uncomfortable and make noises when you move your body. Exhaust fan is very loud upon turn on the light in bathroom. We don’t feel safe around the neighborhood at night.

Good location to walk by feet to every popular places , clean and light flat . The owner was friendly and gave the map of the Rome and recommended how to get quickly to every touristic places by metro/bus or by steps. Thank you very much ❤️

The flat was exceptionally clean. The host is very welcoming and flexible. She helped us to check in and check out at unusual hours, hoasted our luggages after check in, made everything easy for us. Rome was easy to reach from the location and absolutely stunning. Worth visiting it while accomodated at White Flat Termini.

Basically all was above expectations. Just minor stuff could be improved. Some additional shelfs would be useful, in the room and bathroom, but it was ok even with the existing utilities.

It was nice and clean with a friendly host. Quiet area, not too far from the train/metro station (15-20mins walk) which will take you to anywhere you need to be. It had supermarket close by should you need to use it. The only downside to the location so close to train station is the high number of rough sleepers along the path you need to walk. Myself and my partner did not feel to safe to walk that road late at night so used Uber services.

The photos led us to believe it was bigger flat, with a living area / kitchen area and then the bedroom so was slightly disappointed on arrival to find we walked straight into our bedroom with kitchen to the left of the bedroom. It was fine for our 2 night stay but if staying any longer we definitely would have needed somewhere a bit bigger.

it was very spacious, good soundproofing and an excellent host which was very helpful despite us changing the dates many times.

Photos on site are true to what you get, very clean in both apartments, spacious and had everything you needed, including washing machine. we had a studio and a one bed that would sleep 5, studio would be great for weekend visitors but 1 bed definitely worth paying for if staying longer, with a living room and dining table. Staff were great and highly recommend their family run restaurant below. there are many other places to eat just around the corner too and a lovely little cafe opposite.

Du to it being so close to the back of the main train station there was inevitably rough sleeper etc on that stretch of road. can’t see it from apartment which is on a lovely plaza the other side of the old city walls and if this does bother or concern you I’d recommend buying your travel ticket before leaving termini and then you would be able to use it on metros and busses the number 71 bus stops right outside the door of the apartment and takes you straight into the centre of all the attractions

Lovely light, pretty apartment. Nice modern bathroom. Comfy bed and nice little balcony with table and chairs outside. The owners have their own restaurant below the apartment with very good food. Within walking distance to the Roma Termini station.

It was such a beautiful place to stay in, very clean and close to the center

The owner was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in time. We could drop our luggages at the flat before the check-in time to enjoy the day without worrying about our suitcases. The location is ideal and buses coming from the city center stop in front of the property.

For tall people, the shower is a bit too tight, but doable.

A lovely apartment with an excellent Italian restaurant below in the evenings and a fabulous coffee shop just around the corner. Perfect stay if you are using Termini for travel

not enough amenities…didn’t have a bottle opener which should be standard. the shower also didn’t have a good drain and it kept overflowing in the bathroom…
