location is good for the area it self with akbati mall & the shops & coffee shops around but far from Istanbul down town , room the one I booked is not what I aspect I paid more to change to a good one, breakfast good

The room is good size, with a very comfortable bed. It was clean. You get water, coffee, and tea for free. My room has a terrace and from the 14th floor the view was great. The staff was very kind and polite. They helped me with questions I had. The breakfest was very good, with various kinds of food. The total impression is very good!
As I reserved 2 rooms, one wasn't like in photos. It was smaller with a smaller bathroom, but with the same facilities. The bathroom needs a little renovation.

Location is very good, we were in a Junior suit which was comfortable, breakfast time, space and quality were good and the staff were very polite and efficient.
The taxi from the Istanbul airport to Nidya and again from the hotel to the airport took deserted, dark, bad road and if it was not booked by the hotel itself we would thought we have been kidnaped!

This hotel is a hidden gem among the many. From the amazing view overlooking the balcony to the friendliness of the hotel staff. I'm blessed to have been able to call it home if only for a week. My deepest thanks and gratitude to Yasin who ensured the taxi driver didn't cheat me on the drive to the airport and taught me the meaning of his name and mine, Haişim and Emrah who always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing, the servers at the restaurant and breakfast buffet who always got my order right, the gentleman from the laundry service as well as those who always said hello, and most importantly, the house keeper who taught me how to use the tea kettle and treated me as family. It's true that one of the best forms of charity is a smile.
Peace and blessings to all of you and all whom you love and care for. I am looking forward to the moment we meet again.
