Very friendly and if we need something they war there for us. We did swim in indoor and outdoor pool, play Basketball and table Tennis,... and the gym anytime we want and our Kids enjoy playing in the playfield very much.
It takes 20 to 30 minutes with Taxi to the City (about 2000 AMD) and to nearest and good supermarket 25 minutes Walk.

Great rooms, lots of space, extra blankets and pillows, clean. fully equipped kitchen.
we went on the one day trip with a small family who was first time ever in other city, and we rated kids to swim (our 3 kids and the family was mother and 2 girls) The amazing inclusive pool, changing room etc was opened until 10pm. so we wanted to enjoy the evening swim and morning. As we only were able to stay 1 night. in the evening there was a group of loud men drinking beer inside the pool area, at some point the cleaning lady wanted to take away the bottle and the guy was fighting with her. our kids got scared and the lady who was with is as well. it’s very controversial because they kept telling us to wear shoes to the sauna and off the pool (the white shoes made it TOO slippery for us and kids to walk around, really dangerous on the water) but we put them on. and on the other hand - the guys drinking alcohol!!! also the next morning and my husband were surprised how the “lifeguard” was sitting in the corner staring at the phone, didn’t look once at our group or other swimming people. my husband worked as a life guard in New York and he was shocked. as far as I understand the guys were controlling our group following the rules when they had to follow other rules which were more dangerous (drinking loud yelling huge men and the life guard). otherwise we loved the stay. And we would love to come again with children but we don’t know what can happen in the slipper pool area with drunk men. why the managment allows such things? why people weren’t kicked out? that’s very strange for the gym and hotel for everyone. this concept really is shocking to me.

Personnel, accomodation, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, sport facilities, bar
Plastic cutlery and dishes, missing pot/kettle in kitchen, balcony door opening/closing difficult, minor repair required, otherwise excellent accomodation.

Lovely staff that do their very best to please.
Although the apartment itself is huge, has good amenities and is in a pretty good condition, the building and the complex need some TLC. I realize that in this part of the world structures built in the 90s or earlier tend to have that shabby workmanship that comes out pretty quickly, but this is billed as a premium property - and this does set some expectations.
