The staff is very kind. The place is great. Our room was big and comfortable with a nice terrace. Also, parking is not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay renting the studio on the first floor (1a). The studio was well furnished and spacious, and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. What a beautiful sight it was, seeing the ocean every time we opened the door. We rented a car and were in driving distance (max 1 hour) of all the must-see spots on the island. The interior is really modern and quite cozy. The bed was comfortable and spacious and additional pillows are provided. The desk and couch were a nice addition to the room and we had enough closet space for two (with room to spare). Although the kitchen isn't that big, it has everything you might need to make a nice pasta or other simple dishes. The bathroom is very nice and had a rain shower in addition to the usual thigh-high showerheads you will find in Greece, which comes in handy when washing your hair. Everything worked perfectly and we did not run into any problems, except for one on my behalf. I could not find a way to turn on the hood. Spiros was quick to respond on whatsapp and showed me that I just had to pull it outwards. My mistake haha. Likewise, Spiros was happy to provide us with tips about the island and printed our boarding passes for us. Late checkin is also no problem as long as you inform him before hand. On top of all this, the service by the cleaning crew was great, even washing our dishes when we had left some in the sink to wash later. Although other reviewers have complained about the privacy on the balcony facing the sea (which is located in the public stairwell) other residents rarely passed and we spent quite a few evenings enjoying dinner we made in the kitchen. We did not use the balcony on the frontside of the building, but it was a nice extra space to store inflatable objects like swimming loungers. Once again, thanks very much for the service Spiros!

Not much to complain about really. The shower sometimes needed some time to get warm, but seeing as the weather was warm, this really was not a big deal. Just like on the rest of the island, the wifi is low, but having better things to do than being on our phones, we didn't mind at all.

Modern, bright and spotlessly clean, excellent shower/bathroom, every conceivable kitchen appliance. The most comfortable bed in 20+ years of holidaying in Greece.

Not the most private of balconies.

The location where the accommodation was at, was really amazing. We had 2 balcony's, one in the back and one at the front. We had sometimes breakfast at the balcony at the front, because it had an amazing sea view. The bed was really comfortable , the airconditioning was great, the staff was very sweet and helped us very much. The accommodation was also only less than 1 minute away from the beach. Amoudi is not crowded at all with tourist, so such a great place to have a good rest. The last thing i want to say is that there were many good restaurants around! We enjoyed our vacation so much due to the best apartment accommodation! I definitely recommend this place 10000%!

Everything was perfect, don’t even know where to start. Most of all I enjoyed the private beach, that was just a step away from the Apartment. I stayed there in June and I had this beautiful clean sandy miracle all to myself most of the time. The water was super warm, much warmer then anywhere else on Zante. The next thing is the convenience of everything: the location is perfect to have less then an hour drive to the most distant parts of the island. I was able to park right in front of the hotel every day. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were 3 possibilities to make coffee! There were two restaurants that serve breakfast in less then 2 minutes walk. Comfy beds and friendly staff rounder it off. I haven’t regretted my choice once, would stay there again.

There are some apartments with sea view, but my apartment I would call a partial sea view but the beach makes it up for the view. Also the internet is slow, but I learned that it’s a general Zakynthos problem.

Amoudi is a beautiful location and the property is just a couple meters of the beach and a nice restaurant. there are two supermarkets nearby.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was excellent and comfortable and also cleaned every day. The host vas very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, helping us also with car rental and boat trips too. The proximity to the beach(which is also sandy with shallow entrance), tavernas and shops is amazing. Would recommend this stay for anyone who wants a quiet,relaxing holiday exploring the Greek cuisine and Ionian Sea.

It was a very nice holiday! Thank you for having us. The bedroom was perfect! Very clean and everything we needed was there. If we will visit Zakynthos again, we will come back to here, for sure!

Ammoudi is a beautiful village with numerous good restaurants and some small shops where you can buy basic groceries. The beach is beautiful and right in front of the guest house. The water is very clean and shallow, so it's perfectly suited for families with small children. I recommend you rent a car or motorbike but there is also a bus stop right in front of the guest house. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned every day, the cleaning lady is very friendly. The furniture is very modern, clean and nice. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for basic cooking. The guest house also has a nice garden with a lush green lawn where you can relax in free lounge chairs and watch the sea. It also provides childrens' toys and there is a nice playground in the guest house's yard.

ALL of the rooms which are called studios DO NOT have sea views!!! The studio rooms' balconies face the road and NOT the sea. The marketing pictures make it look like that all of the rooms in the guest house have a sea view. This is NOT the case. On the contrary, ONLY the two deluxe rooms (deluxe loft and deluxe appartement) have sea views. The studio rooms do not have any windows at all (except from the balcony door that only faces the road / countryside). So if you want to see the ocean from the studio rooms you need to completely leave your private studio and sit in a public stairway. However, even from this public area the sea view is very limited as the deluxe appartements had been built right in front of the studios, thus blocking the sea view from there. Thus, the description "sea view" for the studios (i.e. ALL of the guest houses' rooms except the two deluxe rooms) is completely wrong, as you cannot see the ocean from the studio, neither from any window nor from the balcony, but only from a public staircase where you cannot sit comfortably and you do not have any privacy. So the tag "sea view" for the studios is highly misleading and simply wrong, as a lot of previous comments already suggested. The owner usually replies here that the guest mixed up "deluxe" and "studio" rooms. However, this is not the problem. The issue is that the studio rooms are WRONGLY labeled with a sea view tag and that the marketing pictures also misleadingly imply that you can see the ocean from EYERY room in the guest house. Whereas the whole guest house in fact only has two (deluxe) rooms with an actual sea view.

The air-conditioner is not strong enough. One side of the room is facing to the road, it could get loud at night when motorbikes and quads were passing.

Is literally in front of the beach, so you can go for a quick swimming any time of the day, there is a nice view from the room to the beach, specially in the morning, because is in the side that the sunrise happens, the location is good enough, in between the north port and the south (airport and big cities)

The air-conditioning did not work very well, the room would be very hot and because you did not know what expect from the air-conditioning is a little bit hard to sleep, the room is pretty small, if you are tall like myself (1.84cm) you will have problems to use the toilet, ones the ceiling is very low, plus the toilet and shower "walls" are glass and the door does not lock, so basically if you are using the toilet not only the other person in the room is listening everything, but actually can see as well, I found pretty awkward, but I understand that is up to preference.

Stylish apartment with the best view you could wish for. there's no beach as such but beautiful shallow sea.

We loved everything. It was the best choice for us with our 3-year-old daughter. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The view is amazing, the restaurants nearby are very good and the beach isn’t crowded. Highly recommended. :)

The location was excellent as the beach is literally two steps from the premises and the water is amazing. Also close to some local fantastic restaurants. The owner was very welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Wifi on the premises is very poor and as all restaurants, quite rightly shut at midnight, so not being alb to stream Netflix etc on my tablet was disappointing.
