Staff was incredibly nice - when I went to check out, they helped me with my bags for me to enjoy the beach, which was just one or two minutes away walking. Facilities are brand new and pretty, with showers outside. Amazing stay - looking forward to return! Thank you for making me feel so welcome!

There are young guys at the reception. Do not understand a word in English. Neglected and unclean rooms. In the middle of the night we found a frog in the bathroom on the toilet. It is very dark already at 10:30 pm and there is no one to talk to at the reception. A place with unrealized potential

Private room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping services daily. It is close enough to the beach and most restaurants. The breakfast, while not spectacular included a small glass of juice, a small cup of coffee, eggs and a side of toast or plantain or arepas. We seemed to get a different style of eggs each day (scrambled, scrambled with onion / pepper, and omelette). Other than breakfast, we only ate at the restaurant once as it seemed like the portions were quite small and price was high as compared to others in the area.

Music from 7:30 am to 11pm at the restaurant seemed to be a playlist of only 2 hours long, constantly repeating and very audible in our room. The pool filter didn't seem to be running much so water was a little cloudy. The shower in the room was cold, with low water pressure. There were few spaces to lounge besides the restaurant and a few uncomfortable chairs at the pool. There didn't seem to be potable water anywhere, except for sale at the restaurant. Despite the wifi sign at the entrance to the property and strong wifi signal, the hostel said wifi was unavailable (this is consistent with the lisiting on booking.com)

Location Is great - it’s close to everywhere . the host are extremely nice and always someone there to help .

The pool and the beds were fine but we had to ask to change rooms cause the bathroom's door couldn't close as the sink was in the middle...

Staff not smily and not really helpful. They seem annoyed when you ask for a second coffee at breakfast... or for anything really. No fruits for breakfast or bread so we went to buy our own stuff at the bakery.
