Posizione eccezionale (e molto sicura, essendo vicino ad una stazione della Polizia) per raggiungere ogni servizio utile per visitare la città (L'Elevador da Gracia e il Miradouro de Alcantara sono 50mt, dal quale scendere e prendere la Metro a Praca dos Restauradores). Letto soffice e molto comodo! Check-in e Check-out puntuali, facili e rapidi (anche la riconsegna della caparra richiesta) e accoglienza squisita con utili informazioni per soggiornare al meglio.. e una bella bottiglia di vino portoghese in omaggio!!! Biancheria da letto e da bagno morbida, pulitissima e fornitissima!!! Appartamento comodo e molto ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario (non serve nemmeno che vi portiate il docciaschiuma o l'ombrello!) Non avevamo espresso richieste particolari.. ma i proprietari erano disponibili a soddisfarle!! - Specialmente per soggiorni lunghi alla scoperta di tutte le meraviglie di questa città (a mio avviso sottovalutata!) consiglio assolutamente la LISBONA CARD, che da accesso gratuito a tutti i mezzi pubblici,(molto ben organizzati) compresi tutti gli Ascensor che vi faranno risparmiare le numerose e a volte ardue salite al Barrio e anche a molti musei e luoghi d'interesse!! Se soggiornate, come noi, in un periodo dal meteo "instabile", (inizi marzo), portatevi SEMPRE dietro un ombrello o un impermeabile per gli improvvisi (ma brevissimi) acquazzoni che vi posso sorprendere all'improvviso, anche quando poco prima splendeva un bel sole caldo!!!

Ostica la ripida salita al 2° piano con i bagagli.. e porta d'ingresso fatiscente che non riflette la bellezza dell'appartamento! Bagno funzionale ma molto piccolo, sicuramente da ristrutturare (in particolare la doccia, vecchia e malconcia!!) Consiglio di togliere il mobiletto-specchio sul (piccolo) lavandino che toglie spazio per lavarsi agevolmente e sostituirlo con uno specchio a muro! Altro consiglio.. mettere un condizionatore a pompa di calore sia per il riscaldamento (per sostituire i due caloriferi elettrici poco performanti e che rischiano di far saltare il contatore se si accende anche la macchina per il caffé...) sia, nei periodi piu' caldi, per rinfrescare (al posto dei ventilatori a disposizione)! Dato che la camera è sulla via principale molto trafficata, se siete molto sensibili al rumore (che cmq è ben attutito dalle buone finestre insonorizzanti.. ma fate attenzione a chiuderle BENE!!), procuratevi dei tappi per le orecchie per un sonno piu' riposante!!!

Location is good!

The shower room drainage pipe is clogged and almost overflowing. Even after the maintenance guy came, it’s been poorly drained in the shower room. Also we stayed four nights and they gave us only 2 small toilet paper. So we had to buy it.

Top location, great hosts! The apartment is small, however you have everything you need.

This was TOO NOISY at night.... even with the noise cancelling shutters.... it is like the tram and the cars are all driving through your bedroom...

The apartment is right in the center. We were given a welcome bottle of wine. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street was considerable and one window door was leaking. The bathroom is very narrow. The couch in the kitchen is uncomfortable to sleep. From the photos on the site it is not entirely clear which relate to the apartment in question.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops in the area.

Required a security deposit. Not a big deal, but by law in most places, deposits are to be held in escrow, and returned exactly as given. We ended up losing 25€ of our deposit because we were asked to use PayPal, and they offer horrible exchange rates as well as charge very high fees. We were tired from 20hrs of travel, and it just didn't occur to us at the time. It would have been very easy for us to walk out the front door and use an ATM, and would have rather done this then unnecessarily give money away to a company (PayPal) that did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Just as with a hotel, if you are going to require a deposit, you must provide the proper equipment to receive them.
